The present invention relates in particular to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least: a) a cosmetic agent consisting of galactomannans with molar masses comprised between 5 and 630 kDa, preferably between 5 and 120 kDa, more preferably between 8 and 80 kDa, and cross-linked sulfated galactans with molar masses comprised between 7 and 3000 kDa, preferably between 7 and 1100 kDa, more preferably between 8 and 200 kDa, and b) a Theobroma cacao L bean hydrolysate, and its use in particular for maintaining the balance of the skin microbiota and promoting and/or improving the wear of make-up.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lip stick which can produce the excellent usability and plumps up lips while appropriately suppressing the gloss of lips in makeup finish upon application. The lip cosmetic is characterized by including: (A) 12 to 35 mass % of a powder composition except for a color pigment, the powder composition including one or two or more selected from a silicone powder, a urethane powder, and a nylon powder in an amount of 40 mass % or more; and (B) 50 to 68 mass % of a fluid oil content having a viscosity of 15 to 100 mPa.Math.s, the fluid oil content including an oil content having a viscosity of 15 to 100 mPa.Math.s in an amount of 44 mass % or more.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lip stick which can produce the excellent usability and plumps up lips while appropriately suppressing the gloss of lips in makeup finish upon application. Suggested is a composition with stabilized taste and/or odor, comprising (a) at least one acetophenone derivative of formula (I) wherein R.sub.1 stands for hydrogen or methyl, and R.sub.2 stands for hydrogen, hydroxyl or a —OCH.sub.3 group, or a cosmetically pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (b) at least one mono- or polyunsaturated C.sub.8-C.sub.22 fatty acid or its monohydric polyhydric C.sub.1-C.sub.18 alkyl alcohols ester. ##STR00001##

The present invention relates to a water-releasing stick-type cosmetic and, specifically, to a water-releasing stick-type cosmetic containing: an oily portion; and a water-releasing ingredient that is spread out in the oily portion, wherein the water-releasing ingredient has water particles encompassed by a plurality of plate-shaped materials to which emulsifiers are bound. According to the present invention, provided is a water-releasing stick-type cosmetic, which can provide a moist and cool feeling by directly supplying a large quantity of water, has excellent dosage form stability by having a hardness suitable for stick cosmetics, and simultaneously has excellent application texture, excellent storage stability and excellent color tone.
