SOLID HYDRATING COMPOSITION
The present invention concerns a cosmetic composition for caring for and/or making up keratinous substances, more particularly the skin, in the form of a solid composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least: water in a an amount of from 5% to 50% by weight of water, at least one hydroxyl compound selected from polyols, glycol ethers and mixtures thereof, a particulate solid phase comprising at least fillers, and optionally an oily phase comprising at least one oil, said composition being obtainable by a method comprising the following steps: (i) mixing the particulate phase, the hydroxyl compound and the water, and the optional oily phase constituting the liquid phase, to form a paste; and (ii) shaping the paste by compacting and partial removal of the liquid phase, to give the composition in the form of a solid composition.
BAKE TYPE MAKEUP COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present invention is a bake type cosmetic composition, and resolves issues of stability, shrinkage of content, loss of effective components, etc., which occur due to the conventional hot-air drying process, and is finer on a surface and enables the creation of various designs.
Cosmetic
Provided is a cosmetic excelling in terms of reduction of oil weight, reduction of powder weight, improvement of dispersion stability, and dispersion stability. The cosmetic contains a metal oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm to 0.1 μm, a paste oil including a hydrophilic group, and an acrylates/ethylhexyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer.
SOLID COSMETIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A solid cosmetic which is held in a tray includes: a region of fine recesses and protrusions with differences in height within a range from 0.1 to 10 mm and that includes inclined surfaces formed on an upper surface of the solid cosmetic; and a colorant with a primary particle diameter within a range from 10 to 100 μm added to a portion of the upper surface of the solid cosmetic that includes at least a portion of the region of fine recesses and protrusions by dispersive adhesion.

Dedifferentiated cell extract of Bletilla and method for whitening, anti-oxidation and anti-wrinkling applying the same, and cosmetic comprising the same
The present invention provides a Bletilla dedifferentiated cell extract by carbon dioxide supercritical extraction, which has triple cosmetic efficacies of whitening, anti-oxidation and anti-wrinkling, and the advantages of low skin irritation potential. The present invention further provides a method for whitening, anti-oxidation and anti-wrinkling by applying the extract by carbon dioxide supercritical extraction, and a cosmetic comprising the same so as to meet all the skin cosmetic needs of consumers in an all-round way.
Effect pigments based on artificially produced substrates with a narrow size distribution
The invention relates to effect pigments comprising artificial platelet-shaped substrates which have at least one optically active coating, where the effect pigments have a volume-averaged cumulative undersize distribution curve with the characteristic numbers D.sub.10, D.sub.50 and D.sub.90, said cumulative undersize distribution curve having a span ΔD of 0.7-1.4, and the span ΔD being calculated in accordance with formula (I):
ΔD=(D.sub.90−D.sub.10)/D.sub.50 (I),
and the average thickness of the artificial platelet-shaped substrates being 500 nm to 2000 nm.
SILICONE RESIN-COATED SILICONE ELASTOMER PARTICLES, AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF INCLUDING ORGANIC RESIN ADDITIVES
Provided is a silicone resin coated silicone elastomer particle which can be easily produced on an industrial scale, has superior dispersibility and oil absorptivity in a curable organic resin such as an epoxy resin, and has superior workability due to low secondary aggregation compared to conventional silicone elastomer particles. Also provided are applications containing the particles such as organic resin additives, organic resins, coating compositions or coating agent compositions, and cosmetic compositions. The silicone resin coated silicone elastomer particles have part or all of their surface coated with a silicone resin made up of two types of siloxane units. The siloxane units are selected from D units represented by R.sub.2SiO.sub.2/2, T units represented by RSiO.sub.3/2, and Q units represented by SiO.sub.4/2. The particles also have a structure in which at least two silicon atoms in the particles are cross-linked by a silalkylene group with 2 to 20 carbon atoms.
POWDERY SOLID COSMETIC
The invention relates to a talc-free powdery solid cosmetic containing a powder component and an oil-based component that is [1] a powdery solid cosmetic which contains mica (A) having an average particle size of 15 μm or less and mica (B) having an average particle size of 10 μm or more as the powder component and in which the difference between the average particle size of the mica (A) and the average particle size of the mica (B) is 5 μm or more or [2] a powdery solid cosmetic containing 30 mass % or more of mica produced by a wet forming method.
