CLOSURE PACKAGE, VIBRATION DAMPER, AND USE OF A SEAL HOLDER
A closure package for a vibration damper may include a base body that is connectable to a damper tube and comprises a first end and a second end. The first end forms an end side of the damper tube and the second end is disposed in the damper tube. A seal for sealing a piston rod may be disposed in the base body. A seal holder may be disposed between the seal and the base body at the first end. The seal holder for axially fixing the seal may be connected to the base body in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. The seal holder may be fusible in an emergency. For releasing the connection to the base body, the seal holder may be thermoplastically deformable upon overheating of the vibration damper.
Conical spring washer, transmission system, and method of assembly thereof
A conical spring washer includes a symmetrical annular body, a plurality of inner tabs and a plurality of outer tabs formed in the body. Each of the plurality of inner tabs has a width that tapers radially inwardly. Each of the plurality of outer tabs has a maximum width that is greater than a maximum width of each of the plurality of inner tabs. An intermediate portion is defined in the body and disposed between the plurality of inner tabs and plurality of outer tabs. The plurality of inner tabs and plurality of outer tabs are flexibly coupled to the intermediate portion.
DAMPER
Provided is a damper that exerts a damping force with a simple structure using elastically deformable granular bodies.
The damper includes a cylinder, a piston, a rod, a rod guide, and a plurality of granular bodies. The piston is housed in the cylinder and reciprocates in the central axis direction of the cylinder. The rod is connected to the piston. The rod extends in the central axis direction of the cylinder and protrudes to an outside from an open end side of the cylinder. The rod guide is fixed to the open end of the cylinder. The rod guide has a through hole which penetrates in the central axis direction of the cylinder and through which the rod is reciprocably inserted. The granular bodies are elastic bodies each having a spherical shape. The granular bodies are filled in the cylinder.
Air spring unit having a divided outer guide
An air spring unit for a chassis of a motor vehicle, includes an air spring cover and an air spring piston, wherein an airtightly secured rolling bellows made of elastomer material partially delimits a working chamber between the air spring cover and the air spring piston, which working chamber can be filled with compressed air, wherein the rolling bellows is surrounded by a divided, sleeve-shaped outer guide having a first outer guide part and a second outer guide part.
Exact constraint for flexible bodies
This invention relates to the constraint of a flexible body with low distortion and low uncertainty in its location. A class of mechanisms involving at least one pivot rocker is disclosed. These mechanisms fully constrain a body in space, but when constrained allow the flexible body to vibrate in the shape of one or more of its free mode shapes. Such a set of constraints yields a constrained system with high natural frequencies without over-constraining the body.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR A SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Various embodiments of the present technology may comprise a method and apparatus for a space-saving suspension system. In various embodiments, the apparatus may comprise a fine suspension device, a coarse suspension device, and a mechanical assembly. In various embodiments, the fine suspension device is arranged at an angle greater than zero degrees from the z-axis. In various embodiments, the mechanical assembly is coupled to the fine suspension device and a payload, such that when a force is exerted on the mechanical assembly by the payload, an applied force is transmitted to the fine suspension device.
Tuned mass dampers for damping an oscillating movement of a structure
A tuned mass damper for damping an oscillating movement of a structure along a first direction is provided. The tuned mass damper comprises a mass arranged to perform a reciprocating movement along the first direction in response to the oscillating movement of the structure, wherein the mass comprises a braking mechanism configured to at least partially brake the movement of the mass along the first direction when the mass exceeds a predefined speed.
Laundry processing apparatus
A laundry processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cabinet; a tub, arranged in the interior of the cabinet, for storing laundry water; longitudinal dampers connecting the cabinet and tub and supported on supporting ends on the tub, and supporting the tub as same hangs from the cabinet; upper guide pins fixed to the upper parts of the cabinet and extending vertically with respect to the supporting ends; upper transverse dampers, connecting the upper guide pins and tub and vertically movable along the upper guide pins, for reducing the horizontal vibration for the tub; lower guide pins fixed to the lower parts of the cabinet and extending vertically with respect to the supporting ends; and lower transverse dampers, connecting the lower guide pins and tub and vertically movable along the lower guide pins, for reducing the horizontal vibration for the tub. The laundry processing apparatus according to the present invention has the effect of reducing the horizontal vibration for the tub by means of the transverse dampers arranged on the upper and lower parts, with respect to the supporting ends, to connect the cabinet and tub.
DAMPER DEVICE
The present damper device includes a large hysteresis mechanism, generating a large hysteresis torque, and a hysteresis inhibiting mechanism. In a positive-side torsional region, when relative rotation is performed until reaching a maximum torsion angle from a neutral position, the hysteresis inhibiting mechanism deactivates the large hysteresis mechanism until the relative rotation reaches a first torsion angle from the neutral position, but activates the large hysteresis mechanism until the relative rotation reaches the maximum torsion angle from the first torsion angle; and when the relative rotation is performed until reaching the neutral position from the maximum torsion angle, the hysteresis inhibiting mechanism deactivates the large hysteresis mechanism until the relative rotation reaches a second torsion angle less than the first torsion angle from the maximum torsion angle, but activates the large hysteresis mechanism until the relative rotation reaches the neutral position from the second torsion angle.
Dynamic vibration absorber
A dynamic vibration absorber is disclosed. The dynamic vibration absorber includes a rotatable first hub, an inertia member, a plurality of elastic members, a plurality of sliders, and a guide member. The inertia member is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the first hub. The inertia member is rotatable relative to the first hub. The plurality of elastic members radially extend between the first hub and the inertia member. The plurality of elastic members are elastically deformable and elastically couple the first hub and the inertia member in a rotational direction. The plurality of sliders are radially movable along the plurality of elastic members. The plurality of sliders are configured to contact the plurality of elastic members. The guide member radially move the plurality of sliders. The guide member determines radial positions of the plurality of sliders.
