In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a plurality of rail units positioned in a side-by-side arrangement so as to form at least one rail unit layer. Each rail unit provides a first plate and an opposing second plate slidably engaged with the first plate. The first plate provides at least one substantially linear slide rail extending therefrom. The second plate provides a corresponding at least one substantially linear slot sized for slidably receiving the corresponding at least one slide rail. At least one resilient connector extends between the first and second plates so as to maintain slidable engagement between the first and second plates. Additionally, the at least one slot of each rail unit of the at least one rail unit layer is oriented in substantially the same direction.

A dispensing pump includes a polymer compression spring assembly, base vents and a flow baffle. The dispensing pump includes a pump base, and a dispensing head having a piston stem. The polymer compression spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element and first and second loading cones received at opposing ends of the slotted tubular spring element. The venting ports allow air to escape when capping the container after filling and the flow baffle reduces or prevents the product from being pulled into the pump accumulator before residual air (headspace) has been evacuated from the container during the initial priming strokes.

The intermediate tube includes, on its inner circumferential surface, a groove having a concave shape in cross section to be capable of accommodating a seal ring that closes the discharge passage. A relationship of θ1<θ2 is satisfied, where θ1 represents an angle formed between one side surface, out of both side surfaces of the groove of the intermediate tube, that is located on an axial end side of the intermediate tube, and a plane orthogonal to an axial direction of the intermediate tube, and θ2 represents an angle formed between the other side surface that is located on an axial center side of the intermediate tube and the plane.

With the tower and the method, when the suction through holes at a windward side are suctioned, the adverse influence of the tower shadow effect can be weakened or eliminated, a service life of a pitch varying bearing can be prolonged, a noise can be reduced and a wind energy utilization coefficient can be improved. When the suction through holes at a position of a bypassing flow detachment are suctioned, vortex-induced vibrations can also be suppressed.
