A damper device includes a first rotor, a second rotor rotatable relative to the first rotor, a plurality of elastic members circumferentially aligned, an intermediate member, and a hysteresis generating mechanism. The intermediate member is disposed axially between the first rotor and the second rotor. The hysteresis generating mechanism is disposed axially between the first rotor and the second rotor to generate a hysteresis torque in relative rotation between the first rotor and the second rotor. The intermediate member includes an annular portion and a support portion. The annular portion is provided radially outside the plurality of elastic members. The support portion protrudes radially inward from the annular portion. The support portion is disposed between at least circumferentially adjacent two of the plurality of elastic members. The support portion actuates the at least circumferentially adjacent two of the plurality of elastic members in series.

TORSION DAMPER AND CLUTCH DISK

A torsion damper for a vehicle powertrain includes a first element having a support element and a second element movable in rotation with respect to the first element about an axis of rotation X. Springs are mounted between the first element and the second element so as to compress to allow relative rotation about the X axis between the first element and the second element. A friction device including a friction washer provided with at least one fixing portion rigidly fixed in rotation on a support element of the first element, the friction washer having a friction portion having a friction track backed against a dorsal face of the friction portion. An elastic washer arranged axially between the first element and the dorsal face of the friction portion, each fixing portion for fixing to the first element being connected to the friction portion by a flexible element allowing axial displacement of the dorsal face of the friction portion relative to the support element of the first element.

Hydrodynamic torque converter and torsional vibration damper for same

A hydrodynamic torque converter and a torsional vibration damper include a pump wheel connected on the drive side and a turbine wheel which is driven by the pump wheel. Between the housing of the torque converter and an output hub, a torsional vibration damper, which includes an input part that can be connected to the housing by a converter bridging clutch, and an output part, which is connected to the output hub, are provided. In order to allow a special wiring of the torsional vibration damper, an intermediate flange is arranged against a respective spring device, which acts in a circumferential direction, between the input part and the output part, said intermediate flange having a centrifugal pendulum and being connected to the turbine wheel.

A planar spring has an outer ring, an inner ring, and two elastic components. The inner ring is disposed in the outer ring, and forms a space therebetween. The two elastic components are disposed in the space, and are symmetric with respect to a central line at a spaced interval. Each elastic component has an outer connecting portion, an inner connecting portion, and a flexible strip. The outer connecting portion is connected to the outer ring at a first connecting point. The inner connecting portion is connected to the inner ring at a second connecting point. The flexible strip is connected between the outer connecting portion and the inner connecting portion. An included angle between the first connecting point and the second connecting point from the center is greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees. A rotational series elastic actuator is also provided.

Torsional vibration damper and control device for torsional vibration damper

A torsional vibration damper that can reduce collision noise of an inertia body when a rotary member is stopped, and a control device therefore. In the torsional vibration damper, a rotary member is mounted on an output shaft of an engine such that none of rolling masses is situated within a predetermined angle range above a rotational center axis of the rotary member when the engine is stopped. Therefore, when the engine is stopped, the inertia body will not be supported by only one of the rolling masses situated within the predetermined angle range.

Hydrodynamic torque converter and torsional vibration damper for same

A hydrodynamic torque converter and a torsional vibration damper for same, having a pump wheel connected on the drive side and a turbine wheel driven thereby, wherein a torsional vibration damper and an output part are provided between a housing of the hydrodynamic torque converter and an output hub. The torsional vibration damper having an input part that can be connected to the housing by a converter lock-up clutch, and said output part being connected to the output hub, wherein an intermediate flange arranged in each case counter to a spring device effective in the circumferential direction is provided between the input part and the output part.
