Ear Mounted Cannular Nasal Breathing Filter
An ear mounted cannular nasal breathing filter provides an air mixing chamber to offset the effects of dry air caused by filtration by allowing for an admixture of filtered and pre-conditioned (humidified and heated) air. The air chamber features an internal or centered mixing chamber disposed below a one-way exhaust valve and above a filtering system. The air mixing chamber retains a predefined volume or percentage of exhausted breath that is mixed with a predefined volume or percentage of filtered air, with the filtered air originating as ambient air. An air chamber assembly is retained and supported upon a user by an ear mount system comprising a) a flexible wire that conforms to the ear join, or b) an upper arm in telescopic connection with a lower arm, with the two arms in dynamic tension by use of an internal elastic member, providing a tensioned fit to the ear join.
FACE MASK TO RESPIRATOR ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
A face mask to respirator adapter assembly includes a cylinder which has a nose recess integrated into the cylinder. The nose recess accommodates a user’s nose when the cylinder is positioned beneath a face mask when the face mask is being worn. The device includes a cushion that extends around the cylinder and which abuts the user’s face when the cylinder is positioned beneath the face mask to enhance comfort for the user.
Mask apparatus
A mask device includes a mask body provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet located below the inlet, a first air cleaner and a second air cleaner for filtering outside air sucked in from an outside environment and supplying the filtered air through the mask body to the inlet, the first air cleaner coupled to one side of the mask body and the second air cleaner coupled to an other side of the mask body, and a first fixing part and a second fixing part, the first fixing part for coupling the first air cleaner to the mask body and the second fixing part for coupling the second air cleaner to the mask body.
DISCHARGER STRUCTURE ON EARLOOP FACE MASKS
A discharger structure on earloop facemasks includes at least one opening hole on an earloop facemask covered by a cover. The cover is in a streamline shape and has a passage space for airflow. A check valve is disposed in the opening hole at an inner side of the cover, and the cover further has a discharging hole at an opposite side of the check valve, defining an area within the passage space between the check valve and the discharging hole for airflow. Thereby the check valve is closed by a diaphragm when air pressure within the facemask is negative, and the check valve is opened by the diaphragm when air pressure within the facemask is positive, so as to control airflow through the check valve.
Protective apparel and support apparatus and method of use
A protective apparel support (100) system is disclosed comprising a support frame configured to rest on the shoulders of a wearer, the support having a first shoulder member (104a), a second shoulder member (104b) and a shield (202) engagement portion. A shield (202) is selectively coupleable to the support and protective apparel (302) is coupled to the shield.
Respirator Including Polymeric Netting And Method of Forming Same
One or more embodiments of a respirator that includes a polymeric netting is disclosed. The respirator can include a mask body including a perimeter, a harness attached to the mask body, and a face seal disposed adjacent at least a portion of the perimeter of the mask body. In one or more embodiments, the face seal includes a polymeric netting including polymeric ribbons and polymeric strands, where each of the polymeric ribbons and strands having a length, width, and height, where the length is the longest dimension, the width is the shortest dimension, and the height is the dimension transverse to the length and the width. The polymeric ribbons have a height-to-width aspect ratio of at least 5 to 1, a major surface that is intermittently bonded to only one polymeric strand, and a height that is at least two times greater than a height of the one polymeric strand.
FACE MASK APPARATUS
Disclosed herein is a face mask apparatus, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the face mask apparatus may include a mask body and at least one first magnetic element. Further, the at least one first magnetic element may be disposed in at least one body portion of the mask body. Further, the at least one first magnetic element may be magnetically couplable with at least one second magnetic element disposed in at least one device portion of at least one attachment device. Further, the at least one first magnetic element magnetically attaches to the at least one second magnetic element for attaching the at least one body portion to the at least one device portion. Further, the at least one attachment device may be worn on at least a part of a head of a user.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MOLDABLE AND CASTABLE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE FACE MASKS
Systems and methods for protecting a user from external contamination with a mask. Exemplary embodiments may include a mask including an open threaded portion couplable to a filter; one or more extrusions on a front of the unibody mask to mount straps to the unibody mask; wherein the mask is made of silicone, and wherein the unibody mask presses against a face such that the unibody mask seals an interior of the unibody mask from an exterior of the unibody mask.
Face Mask Structure
A face mask structure includes a first body, a second body, a third body, and a fourth body. The first body has a perspective portion and a plurality of first snap-fit portions. Each of the first snap-fit portions has a first snap-fit groove. The second body has a plurality of first through holes, and a mask portion. The third body has a plurality of second through holes and an adjusting portion. The fourth body is assembled with the first body, the second body, and the third body. The fourth body has a mounting portion, and a plurality of second snap-fit portions. Each of the second snap-fit portions extends through each of the second through holes and each of the first through holes, and is received in the first snap-fit groove of each of the first snap-fit portions.
FACE MASK
A face mask containing a network of conductive activated carbon meso-fibers crosslinked with a crosslinking agent bonded to a insulative polymeric micro-fiber based purification element. The purification element is captured between two ridged porous elements and contacted to the face by a biocompatible flexible polymeric seal. Optionally the front cover attaches to a main frame of the mask through a system of sliding locks that are coupled with bayonet latch mechanisms. The face mask attaches to the head of a wearer through a harness that couples with the sliding locks or alternatively with a biocompatible adhesive.
