Brush module for conveyor belts
Brush module for conveyor belts (1) a base (5) and a plurality of bristles (4), and also comprises a plurality of complementary protrusions (2) and holes (3) for their engagement with one or more adjacent brush modules (1). Preferably, said holes (3) and protrusions (2) are located in a complementary and opposite manner on additional sections (6) arranged at the ends or sides of the base (5). It allows providing a brush module in which multiple units of the same can be easily joined together, providing great tensile and shear strength, and that in turn can have complementary thicknesses to facilitate assembly while maintaining the final thickness.

Conveyance device, drying device, image forming apparatus, and liquid discharge apparatus
A conveyance device includes a conveyance member, a guide, and a rotator. The conveyance member has a conveyance surface with a joint, the conveyance member to convey an object to be conveyed, with the object on the conveyance surface. The guide approaches the conveyance surface and guides the object from or to the conveyance member. The rotator contacts the conveyance surface. The guide displaces in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance surface, in conjunction with displacement of the rotator when the rotator contacts the joint.
Conveyor belt end encapsulation systems and methods
One general aspect includes a method for generating an encapsulated belt containment system. The method also includes cutting a belt and removing rubber material from a portion of the belt to generate exposed belt end. The method also includes removing excess material from exposed cables of the exposed belt end. The method also includes organizing exposed cables into a plurality of cable groups and secure each group. The method also includes inserting the plurality of cable groups into a containment bag.
FASTENER ASSEMBLY FOR CABLE CONVEYOR BELT
In one aspect, a fastener assembly for joining first and second cable end portions of a cable conveyor belt. The fastener assembly includes a first cable fastener having a first head portion and a first plurality of locking members to secure the first cable fastener to the first cable end portion. The fastener assembly includes a second cable fastener having a second head portion and a second plurality of locking members to secure the second cable fastener to the second cable end portion. The fastener assembly further includes a connector having a first pocket sized to receive the first head portion and a second pocket sized to receive the second head portion, the first and second pockets and the first and second head portions configured to permit shifting of the first and second cable fasteners relative to the connector during operation of the cable conveyor belt.
BELT AS CONTINUOUS TENSION MEANS FOR CONVEYOR BELTS
The present disclosure relates to a belt as a continuous tension means for conveyor belts including a fabric layer and a first and a second belt end interconnected via a belt connector, the belt connector comprising a first exterior end and second exterior end connected or connectable there to lying opposite one another in a longitudinal direction at the belt connector, where the first exterior end of the belt connector is connected to the first belt end and the second exterior end of the belt connector to the second belt end.
The present disclosure provides that between the respective exterior end of the belt connector and the respective belt end of the belt in each case a seam connection is formed, where in each case a thread penetrates both the respective exterior end and the respective belt end in multiple stitches.
