Belt or belt segment
The present invention relates to a belt or a belt segment having a plurality of strength supports. The strength supports run in the longitudinal direction (X) and are disposed so as to be mutually parallel. A connection element which forms one end of the belt or the belt segment and is configured for connecting to a further connection element of the other end of the belt or to one end of a further belt segment, it being possible for the ends of the strength supports to be held in a force-fitting manner by the connection element by way of press-fitting. The belt or the belt segment includes a part-region of the connection element which is configured as a tool region, in order to serve as a tool part during press-fitting of the ends of the strength supports in the connection element.
CORD LOCK
A cord lock for adjusting the length of a cord includes a main body with a through hole, in which a cord can be inserted. A friction member is blocked in the main body in such a manner that a portion of a tooth thereof narrows the gap of the through-hole in order to limit the sliding of the cord.
Prestressing cable, in particular for static structures
A prestressing cable, in particular for static structures, that includes a longitudinal element and connection elements at the end faces of the longitudinal element. The longitudinal element has stranded wires, the end faces of which are anchored into the connection elements. The prestressing cable includes approximately parallel strands, each of which has stranded wires. The wires are spread apart at their end faces in the funnel-shaped opening of the respective connection element and anchored by a casting process, wherein the frustum-shaped funnel widens away from the strands.
Ligature attachment device
A ligature attachment device for use with a ligature is provided, the ligature attachment device having a proximal section comprising a loop retainer section, a distal section comprising a tool section, a central section comprising a central ligature spool section having a centrally located cinch aperture and the central ligature spool section is coupled to the loop retainer section and the tool section. The loop retainer section having a loop retainer profile configured to retain a loop of the ligature frictionally engaged with the central ligature spool section. The cinch aperture having an aperture shape configured to allow at least two sections of a ligature to be removably retained in the cinch aperture whereby the cinch aperture can removably retain the loop of the ligature. The tool section having a first tool for removably joining a second tool.
Coupling encapsulator for repairing post-tensioned concrete
A coupling encapsulator for a post-tension cable splice coupler, including a tubular member including a first end and a second end, a first end cap, including a first segment operatively arranged to engage the first end, a second segment connected to the first portion, wherein the first segment extends from the second segment in a first axial direction, and a first flange connected to the second segment and extending radially inward in the first axial direction, and a second end cap, including a third segment operatively arranged to engage the second end, a fourth segment connected to the third segment and extending in a second axial direction, opposite the first axial direction, and a second flange connected to the fourth segment and extending radially inward in the second axial direction.
BARRIER CABLE COUPLER
A barrier cable coupler for coupling two lengths of barrier cable comprises a coupler body including a threaded inner surface, a first end, and a second end; a fixed retaining collar having an outer surface and being retained to the first end of the coupler body, the fixed retaining collar including a tapered inner surface; one or more fixed end wedges positioned within the tapered inner surface of the fixed retaining collar; a tensioning retaining collar having an outer surface, the tensioning retaining collar positioned at least partially within the second end of the coupler body and including a tapered inner surface; one or more tensioning end wedges positioned within the tapered inner surface of the tensioning retaining collar; and a tensioning nut including a threaded outer surface engaging the threaded inner surface of the second end of the coupler body and retaining the tensioning retaining collar therein.
Belt or belt segment
A belt or a belt segment has a plurality of strength members that run in the longitudinal direction (X) and are disposed so as to be mutually parallel, and has a connection element forming one end of the belt, or of the belt segment and is configured to be connected to a further connection element at the other end of the belt, or to an end of a further belt segment, or is configured to connect two ends of the belt, or of the belt segment, wherein at least one end of a strength member is connected in a force-fitting manner to a clamping body, wherein the clamping body can be held in a form-fitting manner by the connection element at least in the longitudinal direction (X) through a strength member leadthrough. A strength member leadthrough in the longitudinal direction (X) has a widening facing the clamping body.
Attachment system with a connected article
A attachment system is formed by a primary device and a secondary device connected to the primary device in a pivoting manner. The primary device has a main body, two lateral sides and a bar for attaching the primary device to another object. Each of the lateral sides has a protrusion extending laterally outward from the lateral sides. The secondary device has two lateral sides, each equipped with an aperture that corresponds to one of the protrusions on the primary device, so that fitting the protrusions into the apertures pivotally connects the primary device to the secondary device, with the lateral sides of the secondary device being disposed outside of the lateral sides of the primary device. The secondary device can be pivoted between a folded position where the secondary device lies against the primary device, and an open position where the secondary device is raised up.
Bungee cord lock and method of use
A bungee cord lock includes a frame having a hook on one end thereof and a pair of channels and locking tabs for locking a bungee cord in place. The bungee cord lock can be used with a bungee cord for securing one or more articles. One type of bungee cord is a strap having a dog bone cross sectional profile.
