DRIVE CHAIN SYSTEM
20220161893 · 2022-05-26 ·

A drive chain system having a chain with an alternating succession of inner chain links and outer chain links, each inner chain link having a pair of inner link plates and each outer chain link having a pair of two outer link plates contacting the inner link plates of adjacent inner chain links. A pin connects two outer link plates and two inner link plates, wherein the inner surfaces of a pair of opposite outer link plates has protrusions in the area between the adjacent inner link plates. The system has a rear cassette with a multitude of sprockets with a plurality of sprocket teeth, wherein the cassette has sprocket teeth of different tooth types, the teeth of at least one tooth type having a tip laterally offset from the centerplane.

COMPACT AIRCRAFT ACTUATOR SYSTEM

An aircraft actuation system is disclosed that includes a pair of cylinders, a piston movably disposed in each cylinder, and a roller train that extends between the pistons in the two cylinders. A portion of the roller train is disposed beyond the cylinders to engage a pinion. Movement of the pistons in the two cylinders in opposite directions produces a corresponding movement of the roller train to in turn rotate the pinion. The roller train may be maintained in compression between its two ends by fluid pressure exerted on a common face of each of the pistons in the two cylinders. The cylinders may be disposed in non-colinear relation, including in parallel relation to one another. A guide may be used to maintain rollers of the roller train in a proper orientation for entry into a space between an outer race and the pinion.

Chain closing link

A chain-closing link for a bicycle chain including two closing parts. Each of the closing parts includes a closing plate having a retaining opening and a displacement region. Each of the closing parts also includes a chain pin. The closing plate includes a recess and/or a hole having a securing region.

A polyamide resin composition contains a polyamide resin and an inorganic filler. 90 mass % or more of polyamide 66 is contained relative to 100 mass % of the polyamide resin. The inorganic filler content is ≥30 mass % relative to 100 mass % of the composition. The composition has a solidifying point of ≥210° C. The composition has a spiral flow value of ≥60 cm when the inorganic filler content is ≥30 mass % and <40 mass %, ≥40 cm when the content is ≥40 mass % and ≤50 mass %, and ≥20 cm when the content is >50 mass % and ≤70 mass %. The composition has a strain of ≤3.8% in a 1000-hour tensile creep test under 120° C. and 60 MPa. The composition has a formic acid relative viscosity (VR) of 30<VR<40.

LINK CONNECTING STRUCTURE
20220099158 · 2022-03-31 ·

A link connecting structure includes two outer link plates and two inner link plates. An inner side of each outer link plate is formed with a concave portion between two first coupling portions at two ends thereof. A connecting surface is connected between each first coupling portion and the concave portion. The connecting surface is gradually tapered inward from each first coupling portion toward the concave portion. An outer side of each inner link plate is provided with a pair of bent portions each extending from an outermost edge of each second coupling portion toward the connecting surface. A gap is defined between each bent portion and the connecting surface. The gap is less than the minimum thickness of a narrow tooth of a chainring, thereby preventing the tooth from being jammed in the gap.

SEAL CHAIN

A seal chain includes two inner link plates opposed to and spaced apart from each other, a tubular bushing, opposite ends of the bushing being respectively joined to the two inner link plates, a pin rotationally inserted into the bushing, a tubular roller into which the bushing is inserted, the roller being rotationally supported by the bushing, and two outer link plates arranged to externally hold the two inner link plates in between, opposite ends of the pin being respectively joined to the two outer link plates. A recess into which an end of the roller is inserted is formed in an inner surface of each of the inner link plates.

Chain element

Disclosed is a chain element (2), in particular for a power transmission chain of a chain drive, made of a carbon-containing material, especially steel, characterized by a core layer (5) that has a ferritic matrix structure including at least one hard phase that is distributed therein, and a hardened peripheral layer (6) that has a martensitic structure.

A drive sprocket can include a plurality of teeth for meshing with a drive member to transmit rotary motion. The drive member can include a plurality of engagement pockets engaging the teeth of the drive sprocket, where each tooth has a tooth profile defined by a first side comprising a first engagement surface and an opposite second side comprising a second engagement surface, which engagement surfaces are configured such that when driven, a tooth meshes to the engagement pocket at a first contact location on the first engagement surface and also at a second contact location on the second engagement surface.
