CHAIN CLAMP
Chain clamp and method for clamping around an elongated object and for serving as a support for separate objects. The chain clamp includes a plurality of links with a first link and a second link, and with each link having two attachment portions, a connection member connecting links, and a tensioner adapted to connect to the first and second link and to force the links towards each other to tension the chain clamp and clamp it around the elongated object. At least one link is a piece cut from an elongated extrusion and has a fixed cross-sectional profile and a longitudinal direction, wherein each of the two attachment portions of the at least one link are defined by a respective portion of the cross sectional profile and its continuation along the longitudinal direction of the at least one link.
FLAIL CHAIN LINK WITH INTERLOCKING LINK CONFIGURATION
A flail chain link comprises a plurality of adjacent link sections including a pair of oppositely disposed end link sections. Each end link section has an internal surface, and a first axis passes through the center point of the link and the center of each end link section. A second axis, which is not coincident with the first axis, passes through the center point and the center of at least two link sections. The first axis and the second axis together define a central plane through the center of each link section. An orthogonal plane passing through each of the end link sections is perpendicular to the central plane. A radius of the internal surface of each end link section that is measured in the central plane is equal to a radius of the internal surface of such end link section that is measured in the orthogonal plane.
Silent chain profile for linear movement
The invention is a silent chain with a profile capable of corresponding with the profiles of both sprockets and racks. The purpose of the invention is to convert rotational motion to linear motion in a way that is superior to the traditional rack and pinion device by allowing for more surface area contact with the rack through the use of, rather than a pinion, a silent chain that is capable of engaging with a rack. The invented silent chain comprises link plates of a particular shape stacked in alternating rows and joined together by connecting pins in such a way as to be bendable. The link plates are shaped such that the teeth of the link plates are offset when the chain is straightened, which allows the profile of the silent chain to correspond with the profiles of both sprockets and racks.
Monitoring system for operating an energy chain
The invention relates to a monitoring system for an energy chain guiding at least one line between two connection points and comprising chain sections that are positionally variable relative to one another. The monitoring system comprises at least one strain relief device having a line holder coupled to the line; a carrier part on at least one of the connection points fixing the strain relief device in a stationary manner, by means of which the at least one line is fixed at the end side in a strain-relieving manner; and at least one measuring device which is arranged and configured to measure forces exerted on the fixed line during operation of the energy chain and/or which are transmitted by the at least one line in the direction towards the carrier part.

BICYCLE CHAIN
A bicycle chain comprises a first outer link plate and a second outer link plate. A first outer-link longitudinal axis extends through a first outer-link center axis and a second outer-link center axis to divide a first outer surface into a first side and a second side when viewed in an axial direction. A second outer-link longitudinal axis extends through a third outer-link center axis and a fourth outer-link center axis to divide a second outer surface into a third side and a fourth side when viewed in the axial direction. The fourth side includes a first circumferential area and a first chamfer free area. The first circumferential area has a first angle equal to or larger than 20 degrees. The first chamfer free area is adjacent to the first circumferential area. At least one second chamfer is provided outside the first chamfer free area.

CHAIN LINK, KIT COMPRISING A CHAIN LINK AND CONVEYOR PLATE, AND CHAIN CONVEYOR
A chain link for a plate link chain of a chain conveyor, having two disk-shaped side walls that are spaced apart from one another in parallel in a transverse direction of the chain link and fixedly connected to one another. The side walls each include a rabbet having a force transmission surface oriented essentially perpendicularly with respect to a longitudinal direction of the chain link, and the force transmission surface is designed and provided for the direct transmission of force to a conveyor plate of the chain conveyor. A kit comprising such a chain link and a conveyor plate, and a chain conveyor having a plurality of such kits are also provided.
Line-routing device and side bracket and link therefor
A side bracket is for a link for a line-routing device. The side bracket has a longitudinal periphery which extends in a longitudinal direction of the side bracket and on which a running surface is formed. The side bracket has a roller which is mounted so as to be rotatable about an axle. The axle is disposed so as to be parallel to the running surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A spacing between the running surface and the axle is variable in a damped manner. The roller, at least in a first position, protrudes from the running surface.
