Power transmission chain
A power transmission chain (2) for use with a drive member (4) having a plurality of teeth (6), and wherein: (i) the power transmission chain (2) comprises a plurality of chain links (8) which are pivotally connected together by connecting members (9) and pivot arrangements (10) so that the power transmission chain (2) can pass around the drive member (4) in use; (ii) each one of the pivot arrangements (10) comprises first and second pivots (12, 14) which extend towards each other from opposite sides (16, 18) of the chain links (8); (iii) the first and second pivots (12, 14) have adjacent ends (20, 22) which face each other and which are spaced apart; (iv) the power transmission chain (2) comprises a plurality of engaging formations (24) for enabling engagement with the drive member (4); (v) the engaging formations (24) are positioned between the adjacent ends (20, 22) of the first and second pivots (12, 14); and the engaging formations (24) and the spacing apart of the adjacent ends (20, 22) of the first and second pivots (12, 14) cause the power transmission chain (2) in use always to be positioned on the drive member (4) for maximum efficiency of drive transfer between the drive member (4) and the power transmission chain (2), and irrespective of the diameter of the drive member (4).
Chain guide
A chain guide is provided that can improve the work efficiency during assembly and transportability with a simple structure. The chain guide includes a bushing structure where a bushing member is attached to a guide body at least in one location. The guide body includes a cylindrical insertion hole through which a bushing cylindrical part is inserted, and a backside restricting part that restricts movement of a flange part to the back side in the guide width direction. The guide body is provided, in each bushing structure, with a front-side restricting portion that restricts movement of the flange part to the front side in the guide width direction only in one location on the outer circumference of the cylindrical insertion hole when viewed in the guide width direction.
Chain guide
A chain guide is provided that can improve the work efficiency during assembly and transportability with a simple structure. The chain guide includes a bushing structure where a bushing member is attached to a guide body at least in one location. The guide body includes a cylindrical insertion hole through which a bushing cylindrical part is inserted, and a backside restricting part that restricts movement of a flange part to the back side in the guide width direction. The guide body is provided, in each bushing structure, with a front-side restricting portion that restricts movement of the flange part to the front side in the guide width direction only in one location on the outer circumference of the cylindrical insertion hole when viewed in the guide width direction.
Rack, especially for photovoltaic modules
A rack, especially for photovoltaic modules, consists of a rounded, shaped guide, on which a main frame is fitted via at least three bearing-fitted grips, with an upper frame being attached to the top of the main frame in at least two support points, the upper frame being further connected to the main frame via linear actuators. The main frame is based on the guide by means of track rollers, whose number is equal to the number of support points, and at least two anchoring elements are located on the outer perimeter of the guide, the anchoring elements arranged in at least two points within an angular distance not smaller than 15 degrees from each other. A driving chain is anchored in a non-stationary fashion on anchoring elements to the guide, from the outer side of the guide and in the lower part of the guide, and a driving mechanism is attached to the main frame, the driving mechanism consisting of a driving toothed element, connected to a motor, and of tension rollers.
Rack, especially for photovoltaic modules
A rack, especially for photovoltaic modules, consists of a rounded, shaped guide, on which a main frame is fitted via at least three bearing-fitted grips, with an upper frame being attached to the top of the main frame in at least two support points, the upper frame being further connected to the main frame via linear actuators. Drive sprocket
A drive sprocket comprising a plurality of teeth for meshing with a drive member to transmit rotary motion, the drive member including a plurality of engagement pockets engaging the teeth of the drive sprocket, wherein each tooth has a tooth profile defined by a first side comprising a first engagement surface and an opposite second side comprising a second engagement surface, which engagement surfaces are configured such that when driven, a tooth meshes to the engagement pocket at a first contact location on the first engagement surface and also at a second contact location on the second engagement surface, wherein the first contact location is radially offset from the second contact location.
Drive sprocket
A drive sprocket comprising a plurality of teeth for meshing with a drive member to transmit rotary motion, the drive member including a plurality of engagement pockets engaging the teeth of the drive sprocket, wherein each tooth has a tooth profile defined by a first side comprising a first engagement surface and an opposite second side comprising a second engagement surface, which engagement surfaces are configured such that when driven, a tooth meshes to the engagement pocket at a first contact location on the first engagement surface and also at a second contact location on the second engagement surface, wherein the first contact location is radially offset from the second contact location.
Chain and transmission mechanism having the same
A transmission mechanism includes a chain. The chain includes a plurality of inner link units and a plurality of outer link units. Each of the inner link units includes two inner chain plates. Each of the inner chain plates has an inner waist section. At least one of the outer link units includes two outer chain plates. Each of the outer chain plates has an outer waist section that has a protruding part and a recessed part. A distance between the inner waist sections of each of the inner link units is smaller than a distance between the protruding parts of the outer chain plates of the at least one of the outer link units, and is equal to or smaller than a distance between the recessed parts of the at least one of the outer link units.
Disc brake with a reset device and motor vehicle with a disc brake
A disc brake (1) for motor vehicles includes at least two brake pads (25, 26), an application unit (4) with a setting spindle (5) arranged axially in the direction of the brake pads (25, 26), and a resetting device (7) for central adjustment of the setting spindle (5) after reaching a degree of wear of the brake pads (25, 26). The resetting device (7) has a housing (8), a sensor (9), a resetting shaft (10), and an adapter (11) with a decentral output (12). In one example, the adapter (11) has a cover (13) and a chain drive (14) for to transmitting an actuating movement from the decentral output (12) to the resetting shaft (10).
Disc brake with a reset device and motor vehicle with a disc brake
A disc brake (1) for motor vehicles includes at least two brake pads (25, 26), an application unit (4) with a setting spindle (5) arranged axially in the direction of the brake pads (25, 26), and a resetting device (7) for central adjustment of the setting spindle (5) after reaching a degree of wear of the brake pads (25, 26).
