BAND REPLACEMENT TOOL
Examples provide a band replacement tool for installing a band around a set of rollers on a conveyor device. The band replacement tool includes a shaft having a minimum threshold length sufficient to reach a lower roller on the conveyor device. The shaft has a maximum threshold width which enables the shaft of the tool to fit between rollers. The shaft is sized to fit within a narrow space between the last roller and the side of the conveyor device. The head of the tool is a concave shape having two side members substantially parallel to each other forming a U-shaped end. The head is sized to partially cup a portion of a band during installation. The handle optionally includes finger grips and is shaped to increase leverage enabling faster installation of the band over the rollers. An opening is optionally disposed within the handle for hanging the tool.

MOWER AND WORK VEHICLE INCLUDING MOWER
A mower includes including: a mower deck housing a plurality of cutting blades; cutting blade shafts individually supporting the cutting blades; a driven pulley fixed to the cutting blade shafts; a gearbox supported on an upper surface of the mower deck and configured to decelerate a driving force from an engine; a driving pulley fixed to an output shaft of the gearbox; and a belt wound around the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and the gearbox is pivotable upward about an end of the driving pulley around which the belt is wound.
CHAIN GUIDE ASSEMBLY FOR AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A chain drive system for an engine includes a plurality of sprockets. A chain is drivingly engaged with the plurality of sprockets. A guide assembly engages the chain and includes a metal support plate adapted to be secured to the engine and a plastic plate is supported by the metal plate and includes a chain guide surface in direct contact with the chain. An elastomeric insert is disposed between the metal plate and the plastic plate for reducing the transmission of noise and vibration between the plastic plate and the metal plate.
ELECTRIC POWER-ASSISTED STEERING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING THE SAME
Provided is an electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) apparatus including a gear housing in which a nut coupler coupled with a ball nut through a bearing is formed and an accommodation portion is formed in an internal circumferential surface of the nut coupler, and a lock screw configured to have an external circumferential surface on which a screw portion is formed, coupled to the nut coupler, and supports the bearing, and to have a loosening preventer formed to protrude toward the accommodation portion after the screw portion is coupled to the nut coupler.
Belt mounting tool
The present invention relates to a belt installation tool which is to be installed so as to cover at least a part of a first side surface of a pulley, including an attaching part attached along an outer peripheral part of the pulley, an installation part brought into contact with at least a part of the first side surface, a protection part covering at least a part of the first side surface without coming into contact therewith, and a belt holding part protruding on the protection part or on the installation part, in which the protection part covers at least a part of a part having a largest distance in a vertical direction in an area located inside the part with which the installation part comes into contact in the first side surface.

Method of installing chain driven power take off
Assembly tools or aides assist the installation of chains and sprockets for a power take off in a motor vehicle automatic transmission. A first tool is an assembly clip having a semi-circular channel that engages the periphery of a chain disposed about a socket. The clip facilitates installation of the chain and a first sprocket through a slot or other opening in the side of a transmission housing while a second sprocket is being secured to a transmission shaft and the chain is engaged thereabout. The clip also facilitates positioning of the first sprocket in a desired location, typically on a driven shaft while retaining the chain thereabout. A second tool includes a pair of elongate, parallel pins which cooperate with the clip and the first sprocket to hold it in place during assembly of certain components of the transmission such as a power take off shaft or bulkhead.
