A tolerance ring is formed in an inner circumference of a clutch drum at a more forward position than a spline-fitted part in a forward direction during assembly of the clutch drum to a third sun gear; thus, the tolerance ring is located closer to an axial end of the clutch drum than to the spline-fitted part. Accordingly, it becomes easier to carry out grooving to form an annular groove for housing the tolerance ring therein in the inner circumference of the clutch drum, and thereby deterioration of machinability is suppressed.

The invention relates to an actuator (4) for a flight control surface (3) of an aircraft, comprising: —a fixed annulus (9, 10) which can be fixed to a fuselage (2) of the aircraft, —an annulus (11) capable of rotating with respect to the fixed annulus (9, 10) about an axis of rotation (X), —an output ring (12) which can be fixed to the control surface (3), and —a coupling mechanism (30) comprising a disc (31, 32) with translational mobility with respect to the mobile annulus (11) in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation (X), the disc (31, 32) being able to move between an engaged position, in which the disc (31, 32) is engaged both with the mobile annulus (11) and the output ring (12) so as to connect the output ring (12) to the mobile annulus (11), and a disengaged position, in which the disc (31, 32), is disengaged from the mobile annulus (11) so as to disconnect the output ring (12) from the mobile annulus (11), a retaining piece (47, 48) capable of keeping the disc (31, 32) in the engaged position, and a rupture member (34) which can be activated in order to break the retaining piece (47, 48) so as to allow the disc (31, 32) to be moved into the disengaged position.

The invention relates to an actuator (4) for a flight control surface (3) of an aircraft, comprising: —a fixed annulus (9, 10) which can be fixed to a fuselage (2) of the aircraft, —an annulus (11) capable of rotating with respect to the fixed annulus (9, 10) about an axis of rotation (X), —an output ring (12) which can be fixed to the control surface (3), and —a coupling mechanism (30) comprising a disc (31, 32) with translational mobility with respect to the mobile annulus (11) in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation (X), the disc (31, 32) being able to move between an engaged position, in which the disc (31, 32) is engaged both with the mobile annulus (11) and the output ring (12) so as to connect the output ring (12) to the mobile annulus (11), and a disengaged position, in which the disc (31, 32), is disengaged from the mobile annulus (11) so as to disconnect the output ring (12) from the mobile annulus (11), a retaining piece (47, 48) capable of keeping the disc (31, 32) in the engaged position, and a rupture member (34) which can be activated in order to break the retaining piece (47, 48) so as to allow the disc (31, 32) to be moved into the disengaged position.
Assembly for preventing abuse of a pump mounted to a driver equipment
An assembly for preventing abuse of a pump mounted to a driver equipment is provided. The driver equipment and the pump have a mutually intermeshed driver gear and a driven gear respectively. The assembly includes a coupler splined to a shaft of the pump and configured to transmit torque from the driven gear to the shaft. The assembly also includes fasteners that are configured to releasably fasten the coupler to an end face of the driven gear. The fasteners are configured to shear, and disconnect the coupler from the driven gear when a torque on the driven gear exceeds an operational torque of the pump.

Motor Gearbox
The present application provides a motor gearbox used in, for example, a smart door lock. The gearbox may comprise a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, a gearbox output shaft disposed in the housing; and a clutch mechanism comprising a main gear and a planetary gear meshing with the main gear. The main gear may be connected and driven by the motor, and the planetary gear may be selectively connected to the gearbox output shaft when the motor drives the main gear to rotate. When the main gear is rotating, the planetary gear may move in a circumferential direction of the main gear.
COUPLING DEVICE
The present invention provides a coupling device including a first rotating body and a second rotating body disposed coaxially with each other and rotatable relative to each other. The coupling device includes a spacer disposed between the first rotating body and the second rotating body; and a pressing member for performing pressing of at least one rotating body of the first rotating body and the second rotating body against the spacer. The spacer is formed of an elastic member, and generates a frictional force between the spacer and the one rotating body when the pressing member performs the pressing. The one rotating body and the spacer are formed to have a configuration that allows the one rotating body or the spacer to be idled when torque larger than the frictional force acts between the one rotating body and the spacer.
AN OVERRUNNING TRANSMISSION DEVICE CONVENIENT FOR SWITCHING
The present invention discloses an overrunning transmission device convenient for switching. The transmission device comprises a transmission gear and a transmission shaft (102) which is arranged to penetrate a shaft hole of the transmission gear, wherein at least one clamping groove (105) is formed at an edge of the shaft hole of the transmission gear; a chamber is formed in transmission shaft (102) which extends in the axial direction of the transmission shaft (102), and a clamping plate (104) is provided in the chamber; and an end of the clamping plate (104) can move in the chamber back and forth along the radial direction of the transmission gear so that the end of the clamping plate (104) can be inserted into or removed from the clamping groove (105), thereby the transmission shaft (102) and the transmission gear can be engaged and separated with each other. The overrunning transmission device convenient for switching can make the switching smooth and save energy effectively.
