ANCHORING DEVICE FOR SHORING WALLS
The anchoring device for shuttering walls includes a body containing an arm with a top tab, a fastening part for at least one connector, a moving closing part mounted in the body and pressed to the closed position at rest, and a locking part. The closing part is a sliding part with an indentation on one of its lateral surfaces which is matched with the slider lock in the open position of the device, and with pass-through pockets and a bottom tab, forming, together with the arm and the upper tab of the body, a tong closure assembly. The device has a set of springs, of which one pushing spring is located inside the body directly above the slider lock and is secured from above by a pressure screw. The three compression springs are located inside the body in the pass-through pockets of the slide.
Construction anchor apparatus
A construction anchor apparatus includes a main module having first and second wall segments and defining a central longitudinal axis, a first movable support operatively coupled to the first wall segment of the main module and having a first tube segment defining an opening therethrough and a second movable support operatively coupled to the second wall segment of the main module and defining an opening configured for reception of the first tube segment of the first movable support to couple the first and second movable supports. Each of the first and second movable supports configured for longitudinal movement relative to respective first and second wall segments of the main module.
METHOD FOR DISCHARGING GRANULAR POWDER BROUGHT INTO FIXED STATE INSIDE HOLLOW STRUCTURE
A rack rail is suspended into a silo from an opening formed in a ceiling portion of the silo and a lifting body is lowered into the silo along the rack rail from the opening. A work scaffold is built on the lifting body using a part carried into the silo from the opening, a worker connected to the work scaffold with a safety belt pokes and breaks down a granular powder in a state where a discharge port of a silo bottom portion is closed, the poked and broken down granular powder drops to a rat hole (or boring hole), the worker connected to the work scaffold with the safety belt adds a rack rail in a state where the rat hole is blocked with the granular powder, the discharge port is opened to discharge the granular powder stored in the passage, and then the work scaffold is lowered to the added rack rail.
SAFETY ANCHOR AND ROOF VENT
An anchor support and roof vent for a pitched roof, Comprising a support member having a first end and a second end, the support member being sized so that the first end is fixable to a first roof truss and the second end is fixable to a second roof truss, an anchor line attachment fixable to the support member, and a roof vent cover attachable over the anchor support member.
MOBILE ANCHOR CART
A method for using a mobile anchor cart assembly can include repositioning a cart of the mobile anchor cart assembly from an anchored position to a mobile position on a ground surface, the cart including a frame defining a front side and a rear side, the frame defining a front foot and a rear foot, the front foot and the rear foot resting upon the ground surface in the anchored position, the front foot and the rear foot clearing the ground surface in the mobile position; and an axle assembly mounted on the front side, the axle assembly clearing the ground surface in the anchored position, the axle assembly contacting the ground surface in the mobile position, the front foot positioned between the axle assembly and the rear foot; and rolling the mobile anchor cart assembly along the ground surface with the axle assembly.
Anchorage assembly and method of using
An anchorage assembly including first and second plates that are slidably movable relative to each other, each plate comprising an upper head with an outwardly-extending flange, and the first plate including at least one spreader ramp positioned in an upper portion of the first plate.
HORIZONTAL LIFELINE SHUTTLE APPARATUS
A horizontal lifeline shuttle apparatus is provided. The horizontal lifeline shuttle apparatus includes an attachment portion, a body portion, and a cable channel. The body portion is configured to at least partially surround a portion of a cable so as to retain the portion of the cable within a cable channel The attachment portion is configured to move relative to the body portion based at least in part on the motion of the moveable pin fixedly secured thereto. At least a portion of the moveable pin is disposed within each of a plurality of moveable pin guide grooves positioned within the body portion such that a range of motion of the moveable pin is defined at least in part by the plurality of moveable pin grooves. At least one of the plurality of moveable pin grooves comprises a vertical portion.
ROOF ATTACHMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A roof attachment system and methods of using same during the installation, maintenance, or repair of a roof on a commercial or residential building structure. The roof attachment system and the related methods of using and implementing the system include, among other things, an anchor or internal support assembly, and a hook or securement assembly. The roof attachment system enables the installer to utilize at least one internal support assembly, or at least one internal support assembly and the securement assembly to install the roof, depending upon the installation stage of the roof. Upon completion of the installation process, the roof includes multiple concealed internal support assemblies that provide multiple anchor points that are spaced an appreciable distance apart along the ridgeline of the roof. When the roof requires maintenance or repair, the securement assembly can be removably coupled to a specific internal support assembly to facilitate the maintenance or repair by a technician while also reducing the chances that the technician experiences a fall from the roof.
Fall Arrest Assembly
A fall arrest assembly includes a pole that is mountable to a tree. A pair of mounts is provided and each of the mounts is mountable to the tree. Each of the mounts engages the pole for mounting the pole to the tree. A body harness is provided that is wearable on a user. A slide is slidably positionable on the pole when the pole is mounted to the tree. The slide frictionally engages the pole when more than a trigger force is exerted on the slide such that the slide resists sliding on the pole. A lanyard is removably attachable between the body harness and the slide. The slide is exposed to a force that exceeds the trigger force when the lanyard supports the weight of the user. In this way the slide inhibits the user from falling rapidly to the ground when the user falls from the tree stand.
