Roller tappet for a fuel pump
A roller tappet for a fuel pump includes an integral and hollow-walled guide housing, which has a drive-side edge that encloses a roller mounted on a pin. The ends of the pin are seated in openings in arranged in indented flat surfaces that originate from the drive-side edge and are diametrically opposite each other. An output-side edge of the guide housing has a bridge piece that extends continuously from an inner wall of the one of the flat surfaces to an inner wall of the other flat surface. The bridge piece projects beyond the inner wall towards the outer wall of the particular flat surface, and the output-side outer face of the bridge piece has a contact surface for a pump piston. The flat surfaces are completely continuous from the drive-side edge to the output-side edge of the guide housing.

Follower bearing
A follower bearing includes an outer ring, rolling elements, and a cage retaining the rolling elements. The outer ring includes an annular first member made of steel, and an annular second member made of resin and covering an outer circumferential surface of the first member. The first member includes a tubular portion. The second member includes a first portion disposed on one side of the tubular portion in an axial direction and having a first opposing surface that opposes an outer circumferential surface of the cage in a radial direction, and a second portion disposed on the other side of the tubular portion in the axial direction and having a second opposing surface that opposes the outer circumferential surface of the cage in the radial direction. In the radial direction, the first and second opposing surfaces are each disposed on a more outer circumference side than a second raceway surface.

Cam follower assembly and cam roller pin with lubricant path
A cam roller pin is rotationally fixed and defines a pin axis around which a cam roller is configured to rotate and apply a load at a load zone at a radially outer and lower end of the pin. The pin includes a reservoir configured to receive lubricant for lubrication of the cam roller rotating on the pin, a first lubricant path extending radially inward from the reservoir, a second lubricant path extending from the first lubricant path to a second lubricant path outlet, and a third lubricant path extending from the first lubricant path to a third lubricant path outlet.

Cam device
A bearing rotatably supported by a housing. The bearing having one radial and two axial parts all including a plurality of rolling elements. The rolling elements of the radial bearing part contact an outer peripheral surface of an output shaft. The rolling elements of one or two of the axial bearing parts contact the outer peripheral surface of the output shaft. The rolling elements of the other axial bearing part contact a first ring-shaped part fixed to the output shaft to form an output-shaft side raceway surface. The rolling elements of the radial bearing part and of the two axial bearing parts contact the surface of a second ring-shaped part disposed on the output shaft, or the rolling elements of the radial bearing part and of one of the axial bearing parts directly contacts the inner surface of the housing to form an outer raceway surface.
