Quick adjust power adjuster with split nut
A power adjuster for adjusting an upper track relative to a lower track of a seat track assembly. An elongated lead screw extends axially between opposite fore and aft ends and is fixedly secured to the lower track. A driven assembly is selectively coupled to the lead screw for axial travel along the lead screw between the fore and aft ends. A drive assembly is fixedly coupled to the upper track and operatively coupled to the driven assembly for selectively rotating the driven assembly in opposite first and second directions for axial travel along the lead screw in a power operation mode. A release mechanism is coupled to the upper track and operable between a locked condition.
Linear actuator
A linear actuator is disclosed having a housing and a plurality of components arranged in the housing. The actuator may include at least one conducting component, a group of mechanical, non-conducting components including components of a spindle mechanism, and at least one bearing arrangement designed to support components of the spindle mechanism in the housing. The at least one conducting component may be separated from the group of mechanical, non-conducting components by at least one seal in such a way that two mutually separate spaces sealed off from one another are formed within the housing.

An electrically insulating rotary grip-all clamp stick having a double pawl operation unit for indirect hot-line work, and a method for operating an indirect hot-line tool mechanism using the clamp stick. The clamp stick is configured such that the operation unit is constituted by using a rack and a pinion gear so that a worker can safely and conveniently perform hot-line work or uninterruptible power work. A holder part and a hook assembly are operated by the operation unit, so that a tip tool can be solidly coupled to the holder part. Since a length of the operation unit is minimized, the worker can easily hold and operate the tip tool when the worker operates the tip tool, or performs work for removing a bind wire of a rotary wound-drawn type ultra-high-voltage distribution line or removing foreign substances including a layer coating an electric wire.
Lock-up device for torque converter
A lock-up device for a torque converter transmits a torque from a front cover to an input shaft of a transmission. The lock-up device includes a clutch portion, a piston and hydraulic oil leading-out portion. The clutch portion is disposed between the front cover and a turbine, and includes at least one clutch plate. The piston is disposed to be axially movable and presses the at least one clutch plate toward the front cover so as to turn the clutch portion into a torque transmitting state. The hydraulic oil leading-out portion is mounted to a piston-side lateral surface of the front cover, and leads a hydraulic oil residing between the front cover and the piston to an oil discharge channel provided in the input shaft of the transmission by utilizing rotation of the front cover.
Composite plain bearing, cradle guide, and sliding nut
There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing (1) comprising an ingot metal plate (2) and a resin layer (3) comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer (3) is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate (2) to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm. The ingot metal plate (2) is chemically surface-treated on a face joined to the resin layer (3).
GEAR TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A gear transmission mechanism includes a second gear, a first gear forming tooth portions at an outer circumference of a sector-like gear body for meshing with the second gear, and a rotation restricting mechanism for setting a rotation limit of the first gear. The rotation restricting mechanism includes an abutment portion provided in the first gear and a stopper provided in the housing. At least one of an abutment face in which the abutment portion comes into abutment against the stopper and a stopper face in which the stopper comes into abutment against the abutment face includes an inclination portion for creating a component force from rotational force of the sector gear at the time of mutual abutment.

A gear transmission mechanism includes a second gear, a first gear forming tooth portions at an outer circumference of a sector-like gear body for meshing with the second gear, and a rotation restricting mechanism for setting a rotation limit of the first gear. Roller screw mechanism with integrated ring gears and associated manufacturing method
A roller screw mechanism comprising a screw having an outer thread, a nut disposed around and coaxially with the screw. The nut includes an inner thread. A plurality of rollers are disposed radially between the screw and the nut and are each provided with an outer thread engaged with the outer and inner threads of the screw and of the nut and with two outer gear teeth. The mechanism additionally comprises two synchronizing gear teeth that are formed on the nut and are each engaged with one of the gear teeth of the rollers. The root diameter of each gear teeth is less than the inside diameter of the inner thread of the nut.
