Method to control a road vehicle provided with a dual-clutch, servo-assisted transmission and standing still with the internal combustion engine turned on
A method to control a road vehicle provided with a dual-clutch, servo-assisted transmission and standing still with the internal combustion engine turned on; the control method generally includes, when the road vehicle is standing still with the internal combustion engine turned on, the steps of: engaging a forward gear associated with a first clutch; engaging a reverse gear associated with a second clutch, which is different from and independent of the first clutch; closing the first clutch so as to cause the first clutch to transmit a first torque; and closing the second clutch so as to cause the second clutch to transmit a second torque, which is equal to the first torque multiplied by the quotient between a gear ratio of the reverse gear and a gear ratio of the forward gear.
ASYMMETRIC TORQUE BRACKETS
A transmission for a wind turbine includes a first torque bracket and a second torque bracket. The first torque bracket and the second torque bracket are asymmetrical to each other. The torque brackets may include a support arm and a fastening member. The fastening member can be fixed to a machine carrier.
Electronic expansion valve and cooling system having same
An electronic expansion valve and a refrigeration system including the electronic expansion valve are provided. The electronic expansion valve includes a valve seat, a valve needle, a drive mechanism, a planetary gear deceleration mechanism. The drive mechanism serves as an input end of the planetary gear deceleration mechanism, the planetary gear deceleration mechanism has the output inner gear ring, the output inner gear ring is fixedly connected to a screw rod of the transmission mechanism to enable the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is in threaded connection with a nut, to convert a rotation motion of the screw rod into a linear motion.
Drive mechanism for telescopic linear actuator
An improved telescopic linear actuator is disclosed comprising a rotational drive mechanism specially adapted and assembled within a tubular housing to reduce noise and vibration of the actuator during its operation. The rotational drive mechanism includes an electric motor adapted for low current operation, a gearbox containing a planetary gear axially connected to the motor with a stepped-up gear ratio, and a drive screw member operatively connected to the gearbox to extend longitudinally through the tubular housing with a specially configured threaded surface formed along the screw member having a reduced thread count and associated increased thread pitch to operatively engage and drive a movable piston member through the tubular housing with a substantially silent glide being exhibited.
Vehicle transmission structure
A vehicle transmission structure of an embodiment includes a shift drum which rotates in accordance with a shift operation; a bearing member which rotatably supports the shift drum with respect to a transmission case; a set member which positions the bearing member; a shift fork shaft supported by the transmission case; and a shift fork supported by the shift fork shaft to be movable in an axial direction. An end portion of the shift fork shaft is movably fitted to an insertion hole provided in the transmission case, a cap is provided at an end portion of the shift fork shaft, a first gap is provided between an end surface of the insertion hole and the cap, the set member is disposed at a position overlapping the insertion hole when viewed in the axial direction, and a second gap is provided between an end surface of the insertion hole and the set member.
Drive mechanism for telescopic linear actuator
A telescopic linear actuator includes a rotational drive mechanism specially adapted and assembled within a tubular housing to reduce noise and vibration of the actuator during its operation. The rotational drive mechanism includes an electric motor adapted for low current operation, a gearbox containing a planetary gear axially connected to the motor with a stepped-up gear ratio, and a drive screw member operatively connected to the gearbox to extend longitudinally through the tubular housing. The drive screw is provided with a specially configured threaded surface formed along the screw member having a reduced thread count and associated increased thread pitch to operatively engage and drive a movable piston member through the tubular housing.
CONTROL DEVICE
A control device for a vehicle is provided with: two drive devices; a first speed reducer that transmits the torque of one drive device to an output shaft; and a second speed reducer that transmits the torque of the other drive device to the output shaft. The control device is provided with a torque control unit that controls, according to a target torque, the torque output by the two drive devices. The torque control unit includes a restriction unit that controls the torque output by the two drive devices when the sign of the target torque is changed from a first sign to a second sign. While outputting torque that reduces the backlash of the first speed reducer or the second speed reducer to one of the drive devices, the restriction unit outputs torque according to the target torque to the other drive device.
GEAR SHIFT ACTUATION SIMPLIFICATION
A transmission is subject to gear shift management that provides for shifting gears in a controlled manner in order to provide for a simplification of part and reduction in system complexity. In particular, a range synchronizer component can be replaced with a simplified range jaw clutch, without incurring a requirement for an installation of other components such as a motor generator or starter-generator.
GEAR BOX
A gear box includes a motor, a worm pivotally supported by a shaft of the motor, a gear being formed at the worm, and a helical gear configured to mesh with the gear of the worm. A transfer coefficient of the helical gear with respect to a standard gear is x, an addendum coefficient of the helical gear is k, x satisfies −0.4<x<−0.1, and k satisfies 0.1<k<0.4.
