METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WORM REDUCER, WORM REDUCER, AND ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM
In a worm reducer, an elastic member urges a worm shaft housed in a housing toward a worm wheel. In a method for manufacturing the worm reducer, the elastic member is arranged in a recess formed on the inner face of the housing. Then, a jig is inserted into the housing, and the elastic member is compressed by the jig. In the state in which the elastic member is compressed by the jig, the worm shaft is inserted into the housing. Then, the jig is removed from the housing.
Gearbox and method for assembling same
A transmission includes a fork mechanism in which a plurality of fork rods to which a plurality of shift forks are connected are each attached to a pedestal so as to be moveable in an axial direction. An assembly guide portion is disposed on the pedestal and a guide pin is erected on a clutch housing. As a result, even in cases where an input shaft and a main shaft, on which driving and driven gears and synchro devices are assembled, are assembled on the clutch housing in a state that the driving and driven gears are engaged and, thereafter the fork mechanism is assembled on this clutch housing, the assembly of the fork mechanism on the clutch housing can be easily performed.
GEARED MOTOR, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A GEARED MOTOR
A geared motor, comprising a direct current motor having a motor shaft, a planetary gear unit with sun wheels, planetary gears, a ring gear, a gear unit casing, a gear unit output shaft, and pinion cages. A plate axially holds the sun wheels, the planetary gears and the pinion cages in the gear unit casing. The plate has a shaft passage to form a preinstallation module. One of the sun wheels has a central shaft receptacle which is formed with a positive fit contour acting in the rotation direction and coupled in a rotationally fixed manner with the motor shaft via a corresponding positive fit contour; and wherein, in the preinstallation module, an engagement of teeth of one of the sun wheels with teeth of one of the planetary gears is provided both before and after a final installation of the direct current motor at the preinstallation module.
Modular control device for a transmission of a commercial vehicle
A control device is provided for a transmission having at least three shift actuators for the gear selection, a plurality of valves for actuating the shift actuators and a further plurality of valves for actuating the clutch. The shift actuators, the valves for actuating the shift actuators and the valves for actuating the clutch are combined in a common housing and that, within this housing, the shift actuators are grouped into a spatially connected shift group, the shift actuator valves are grouped into a spatially connected valve group and the clutch actuator valves are grouped into a further spatially connected valve group, wherein the shift group and the two valve groups and do not spatially overlap.
MOTOR-GEARBOX ASSEMBLY
A motor-gearbox assembly includes a housing, a motor, and a gearbox. The housing includes a first alignment mechanism and a second alignment mechanism. The first alignment mechanism is at a first end of the housing and the second alignment mechanism is at a second end of the housing. The motor is mechanically positioned within the housing in accordance with the first alignment mechanism. The gearbox is mechanically positioned within the housing in accordance with the second alignment mechanisms to mechanically couple to the motor.
