Shift device
In a shift device, when a lock lever is disposed at a restriction position or an intermediate position, a detent groove of a lever is abutted by the lock lever, and pivoting of the lever from a D position toward an S position, and pivoting of the lever from the S position toward the D position, is restricted. However, when the lever is disposed at the D position or the S position, by moving the lock lever to a permitted position, the detent groove does not abut the lock lever and so pivoting of the lever from the D position toward the S position and pivoting of the lever from the S position toward the D position is permitted. Thus, pivoting of the lever from the D position toward the S position and pivoting of the lever from the S position toward the D position can be restricted and permitted.
TRANSMISSION ACTUATOR ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMATIC VEHICLE DRIVING DEVICE
An L-shaped bracket (151) is fixed to a top end portion of a rack shaft (141) of a selecting actuator (133) of a transmission actuator unit (131) through a rotatable joint (152). An actuator housing (161) of a shifting actuator (134) is supported on a mounting surface (151a) of the L-shaped bracket (151) so as to be attachable to and detachable from the mounting surface (151a) through a lock mechanism (154) (a lock pin (155) and a lock hole (162a)). The shifting actuator (134) can be mounted with the shifting actuator (134) being reversed 180 degrees.
TRANSMISSION LEVER DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE
A transmission lever device for an automobile includes: a base: a lever rotatably mounted on the base, wherein the lever is configured to select one of sequentially disposed gear positions including park (P), reverse (R), neutral (N), drive (D), and low (L) by a linear movement and to be movable from P to L and from L to P; and a blocker mounted on the base and configured to restrict and wide movement of the lever from P to L.
Shift lever assembly for vehicle
A shift lever assembly for a vehicle includes a housing having an inner space and an open part. The open part is provided at a lower part of the housing and is open in upward and downward directions. A shift lever is rotatably mounted in the inner space by being inserted into the inner space from a lower side to an upper side of the inner space through the open part. A bracket is assembled with the lower part of the housing to close the open part and allowing the housing to be fixed to a vehicle body.
Control unit and method for providing a manual shift mode
A control unit is provided for an automatic transmission of a vehicle. The vehicle has a gear selection operating element which allows a user of the vehicle to set different gear stages of the transmission by actuating the gear selection operating element, and the vehicle has at least one setting operating element which allows the user to change the value of a parameter of a function of the vehicle by actuating the setting operating element when the function of the vehicle is activated. The control unit is designed to detect an actuation of the gear selection operating element for a period of time which is equal to or longer than a minimum duration and to determine that the function of the vehicle is deactivated. In response thereto, the control unit is additionally designed to allow a manual change of the transmission gear by actuating the at least one setting operating element.
ELECTRONIC SHIFT RANGE SWITCHING DEVICE
The present invention provides an electronic shift range switching device (10) which is configured to control a shift range of a vehicle, the device comprising: a housing unit (100); a shifting knob unit (200) exposed at one end thereof to the outside of the housing unit (100) and disposed at the other end thereof within the hosing unit (100) in such a manner as to be rotatable with respect to the housing unit (100); and a locking correction integrated unit (300) configured to control whether or not to interrupt the rotation of the shifting knob unit (200) and to return a position of the shifting knob unit (200) to a P shift range in a self-correction manner under a predetermined condition.
DIAL-TYPE SHIFTING CONTROL APPARATUS FOR VEHICLES
A dial-type shifting control apparatus of vehicles may include a dial bezel and an upper cover integrated into a single body to be rotated together when a dial is rotated, obviating formation of an operation gap between the dial bezel and the upper cover to prevent foreign substances from entering through the operation gap, and a button guide disposed under an upper cover attenuates an impact occurring when a P-gear button is returned, and thus to prevent noise, caused by striking of the upper cover when the P-gear button is returned, from being transmitted to the interior of a vehicle.
Gear shift operation device for vehicle
A gear shift operation device for a vehicle to which a multiple-stage automatic transmission is mounted, is provided. By a control lever being manually operated in a range switchable mode, a range position is switched at least between a D-range where automatic transmission is performed and an R-range, and by the control lever being manually operated in a manual transmission mode, a gear change is performed. An operation reaction force when the control lever is manually operated is set larger when the gear change is performed in the manual transmission mode than when the range position is switched in the range switchable mode.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR OPERATING A HIGH EFFICIENCY, HIGH OUTPUT TRANSMISSION
A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. A controller controls the shift actuator utilizing an actuating pulse and an opposing pulse.
LOW COST STAMPED SHIFT ASSEMBLY AND STEERING COLUMN
A steering column assembly that includes an upper jacket and a gear shift assembly. The upper jacket extends along a steering column axis. The gear shift assembly includes a shift assembly bracket and shift shaft assembly. The shift assembly bracket has a column mounting portion that is operatively connected to the upper jacket and a cradle portion extends from the column mounting portion. The cradle portion has a first sidewall and a second sidewall each extending from a base. The shift shaft assembly extends at least partially through the first sidewall and the second sidewall.
