Transport Conveyor
A transport conveyor includes an upstream conveyor section, a downstream conveyor section, and a relay conveyor section having an orientation changeable between a connecting orientation, in which the relay conveyor section in a gap region to connect the upstream conveyor section to the downstream conveyor section, and an open orientation, in which the relay conveyor section is in a non-overlapping region that does not overlap a movement path to open the gap region. A support axis is above a drive axis, and a link mechanism is configured such that when the relay conveyor section is in the connecting orientation, a first pivot axis is below a reference virtual plane connecting the drive axis to a second pivot axis.

CONTAINER FOR STORING A MOBILE DEVICE WHILE RECHARGING
A container is for storing at least one mobile device being recharged. The container has a self-closing door for closing the container, a sensor for detecting a fire inside the container, and an actuator for retaining the door in an open position. The actuator is adaptable to release the door when a fire is detected by the sensor. A mobile device may thus be safely recharged while its user is unaware or asleep.

Fire or smoke barrier
A fire or smoke barrier (1) having a head box (2) for housing a curtain (4) which is open at its underside to allow the curtain to be deployed and withdrawn. The head box (2) houses a roller (3) for the curtain (4) to be rolled from for deployment and rolled back onto for withdrawal and attached at the bottom of the curtain (4) is a bottom bar (7) for weighing down the curtain (4) when deployed. The head box (2) has one or more apertures (14, 15) for cleaning air circulation and being provided at the, or each, aperture (14,15) with a spring (22) loaded trap (16,17) normally held open by a fusible link (31), the link fusing (31) in event of fire.

Door operator with high-speed operation and fire escape functions
A door operator with high-speed operation and fire escape functions comprises a motor, a high-speed centrifugal brake module, a centrifugal reduction module, a central shaft locking module and a first and second clutch module. In the stationary state, the high-speed centrifugal brake module, centrifugal reduction module and central shaft locking module are connected to each other, and the drive shaft of the motor is locked by the central shaft locking module. In the normal operation, the first clutch module disengages the high-speed centrifugal brake module from the centrifugal reduction module, and the drive shaft is rotatable at high speed. In the event of fire escape, the second clutch module disengages centrifugal reduction module from central shaft locking module, and the drive shaft rotates at a lower speed. The device will provide high-speed rotation under normal operation, and automatically close the door panel at a gradually lowered speed in the event of fire escape.

FIRE RATED PET DOOR ASSEMBLY AND ACTIVATION SYSTEM
A fire rated pet door closure and assembly adapted to be mounted on the attached garage side of a fire wall or fire door in part defining an enclosure such as a house or living area over a pet door access passageway opening from the inside of the fire wall or fire door to the outside thereof which pet door is normally selectively open, for pet egress. The onset of a fire/heat emitting emergency mechanical fusible apparatus is provided such that the fire rated pet door closure supporting release link apparatus with a predetermined release temperature activates a latch support for the fire rated pet door closure panel which automatically closes via gravity sealing the pet door access passageway with intumescent smoke and draft seals.
Fire collar
There is provided a fire collar comprising a casing defining a service conduit passage therethrough, the casing having an activation side and an installation side, wherein the casing defines an activation side located activation chamber. The fire collar has an opposing pair of shutters located within the activation chamber defining operative leading edges. In use, the shutters are configurable in a non-activated configuration wherein the leading edges are spaced apart so as to make allowance for the service conduit therebetween and when the fire collar is exposed to heat on the activation side in use, the shutters transition to an activated configuration wherein the respective leading edges of the shutters close in the passage.
