Vehicle shifter device

A vehicle shifter device for ensuring high safety by suppressing misoperation by a driver. The vehicle shifter device includes a shift lever and a lock plate. The shift lever has a cylindrical lever body, a rod movable in an axial direction in a cylinder of the lever body, and a first lock lever and a second lock lever connected to the rod. The first lock lever is substantially L-shaped in plan view. The lock plate has a first extension portion extending in an X-direction and a second extension portion, integrally formed with the first extension portion, that extends in a Y-direction. In addition, the lock plate has a plurality of concave parts. In the lock plate, the projection height of a convex part between the concave part and the concave part is larger than the projection height of a convex part between the concave part and the concave part.

The step includes replacing the first idler gear with a replacement first idler gear having a distinct number of teeth, and replacing the fuel pump gear with a replacement fuel pump gear having a distinct number of teeth such that a speed output to the fuel pump is distinct from the speed at the fuel pump with the existing gearbox. A gear shift linkage mechanism includes a gear shift linkage assembly and a spherical bowl for connecting to a gear shift rocker arm. The gear shift linkage assembly includes a connecting member, a gear shift linkage, a first elastic element, and a second elastic element. One end of the connecting member is connected with the spherical bowl, one end of the gear shift linkage is movably configured in the cavity. One end of the first elastic element presses against the limiting portion, and another end of the first elastic element is supported on the cavity. One end of the second elastic element presses against the limiting portion, and another end of the second elastic element is supported on the first through hole. The gear shift linkage mechanism efficiently improves the buffering and damping effect of the gear shift linkage assembly, and thus prevents damage of the transmission.

Shift device

In a shift lever device, a lock bar is disposed in a restricting position to restrict changing of a shift position of a lever. A motor is driven to rotate a cam in order to move the lock bar to a non-restricting position, thereby permitting changing of the shift position of the lever. The lock bar is moved as the rotation position of the cam is changed. This enables the precision required of the rotation position of the cam in order to dispose the lock bar in the restricting position and the non-restricting position to be lowered, thereby enabling appropriate switching between restriction and permission of changes in shift position of the lever to be performed by driving of the motor.
