Vehicle parking system and method of controlling the same
Disclosed herein is a method of controlling a system for neutral range parking of a vehicle. The power of the vehicle is turned off based on operation of a start button when a shift range of a vehicle transmission is a P-range. It is determined whether a brake pedal is operated after the power is turned off and, when the brake pedal is determined to be operated after the power is turned off, an automatic lever solenoid valve of the transmission is operated to allow the transmission to shift from the P-range to another shift range by releasing engagement between the automatic lever solenoid valve and an engaging lever.
Control apparatus for vehicle
A control apparatus for a vehicle provided with drive wheels, an automatic transmission, and a manual shifting device for shifting the automatic transmission, the control apparatus includes an automatic parking control portion configured to implement an automatic parking control for automatically parking the vehicle in a predetermined parking space, and controls the automatic transmission to be shifted according to a shifting control signal corresponding to an operation of the manual shifting device, the automatic parking control portion comprising a shifting control portion configured to place the automatic transmission in a power-cutoff state in which a vehicle drive force is not transmitted to the drive wheels, when the manual shifting device is operated to a position a running direction in which is different from a running direction of the vehicle when the automatic parking control is implemented.
Automatic transmission
An automatic transmission for improving responsiveness until reverse movement is possible. When the range is switched from a parking range to a reverse range, P lock release control for releasing a parking state starts. When a two-way clutch is in a reverse rotation prevention state, hydraulic pressure is supplied to a first clutch, a third clutch, and a third brake, and a process in a reverse side preparation mode starts. When the first clutch is in a connected state and a rotational speed of an input shaft is a predetermined rotational speed, whether a parking piston of a parking lock mechanism is at an unlock position is determined. When it is at the unlock position, a driving source is requested to restrict an output torque. Then, hydraulic pressure is supplied to the two-way clutch, and the two-way clutch is switched from a reverse rotation prevention state to a fixed state.
Parking brake system
A parking brake system for a motor vehicle transmission is provided. The parking, brake system includes a brake cylinder having a brake piston movable between braking and locking positions, a piston lock provided to lock the brake piston in the locking position, a piston valve configured to activate the brake cylinder using a fluid, and a locking valve configured to activate the piston lock using a fluid. The piston valve can be connected, in a fluid-conducting manner on the downstream side facing away from the brake cylinder, to a supply pressure system, and the locking valve, on the side facing away from and downstream of the piston lock, can be connected in a fluid-conducting manner to the supply pressure system, such that the locking valve is arranged downstream of and parallel to the piston valve relative to the supply pressure system.
Parking apparatus for vehicle
A vehicle parking apparatus may include a parking rod having a first end portion connected to a detent plate and a second end portion on which a cam is placed, the parking rod rectilinearly moving in accordance with rotation of the detent plate and causing the cam to rotate a sprag about a rotation shaft; and a U-shaped stopper extending from the second end portion of the parking rod and operating to surround or release the sprag in accordance with the motion of the parking rod, the stopper allowing rotation of the sprag by releasing the sprag when the detent plate is rotated to a P range position and preventing the rotation of the sprag by surrounding the sprag when the detent plate is rotated to a certain range position other than the P range position.
SHIFT RANGE CONTROL DEVICE
A shift range control device switches a shift range by controlling driving of a motor. A learning unit learns, as a position correction value, a normal state time correction value calculated based on at least one of a first reference angle and a second reference angle when at least one output shaft signal is available at a time of turning on of a start switch. The first reference angle is a motor angle at timing when the output shaft signal changes in response to the rotation of the motor in a first direction. The second reference angle is the motor angle at timing when the output shaft signal changes in response to the rotation of the motor in a second direction opposite to the first direction. A target setting unit sets a motor angle target value by using the normal state time correction value stored in a storage unit during a period from when all the output shaft signals are determined to be unavailable to when the start switch is turned off.
POSITION SENSOR
A position sensor includes a detector (122) and a signal processor (123). The detector generates detection signals, which have a distinct phase difference and which respectively correspond to ranges aligned in one direction along a movement direction of a detection target (200, 202, 203) having a magnetic material, based on a change in a magnetic field received from the detection target along with a movement of the detection target. The signal processor acquires the detection signals from the detector, compares the detection signals with a threshold value, and specifies a position of the detection target as a position covered by one of the ranges based on a combination of magnitude relations of the detection signals and the threshold value.
VEHICULAR ENGINE SPEED DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE
In an engine speed display control device of a vehicle including an engine speed display to display a determined display value of the engine speed, the engine speed display control device determines the display value of the engine speed, and includes a variation restricting display control portion configured to implement a variation restricting display control when a garage-parking shifting operation of the transmission shifting member is performed while the vehicle is held stationary in a non-operated position of the accelerator pedal. The variation restricting display control portion determines the display value of the engine speed in the variation restricting display control such that an amount of variation of the display value is smaller than in a normal display control in which the display value is determined according to the actual value.
Systems and methods for controlling a transmission and an engine with a combination park and ignition switch
A drive control system of a vehicle includes a vehicle speed module configured to determine whether the vehicle is moving and set a state of a signal based on the determination. A shift control module is configured to shift a transmission of the vehicle based on a signal from a range selector. Independently of the signal from the range selector, the shift control module is configured to selectively shift the transmission of the vehicle based on a signal from a combination park and ignition switch and the signal from the vehicle speed module. An ignition control module is configured to selectively shut down an engine of the vehicle based on the signal from the combination park and ignition switch and the signal from the vehicle speed module.
VEHICLE POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
There is provided a vehicle power transmission device which transmits power output from an electric motor (driving source) to left and right axles through planetary gear mechanisms and a differential device. In the device in which a parking gear is provided in a carrier of the planetary gear mechanism, the parking gear is supported on the carrier so that it is relatively rotatable, and a dog clutch (contact and release mechanism) for bringing the parking gear and the carrier into contact and disconnecting them is provided.
