METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STARTING AN ENGINE
A method and system for operating a vehicle that includes a driveline disconnect clutch and a step-ratio transmission is described. In one example, the method includes shifting the step-ratio transmission to neutral and accelerating an engine to an expected input shaft speed of the step-ratio transmission via applying full output capacity of an electric machine to the engine.
CONTROL APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A control apparatus for a vehicle includes an input-rotation limiting portion configured, when the vehicle starts running and is accelerated, to calculate an estimated speed value that is a speed value of an input rotational speed of an automatic transmission upon elapse of a predetermined length of time, and to calculate an estimated force value that is a force value of a piston pressing force acting on a piston in a forward direction in a released engagement device upon the elapse of the predetermined length of time, based on a centrifugal hydraulic pressure in a pressure chamber of the released engagement device and the centrifugal hydraulic pressure in a canceller chamber of the released engagement device. When the estimated force value is not smaller than a predetermined threshold, the input-rotation limiting portion restrains an increase of the input rotational speed.
POWER TRAIN DEVICE OF VEHICLE
A power train device of a vehicle includes an engine and an automatic transmission. The automatic transmission is configured such that in a neutral state, multiple ones of multiple rotary elements forming a power transmission path other than a rotary element coupled to an input member and a rotary element coupled to an output member are in a non-restraining state. The multiple ones of the multiple rotary elements include a rotary element of a predetermined brake among multiple friction fastening elements, and the predetermined brake is fastened before a fuel supply upon an engine start.
Vehicle drive device and method of controlling vehicle drive device
A vehicle drive device includes a control portion that is allowed to execute a control mode that controls multiple hydraulic elements to cause a vehicle in a stop state of an engine to start moving. The control mode starts controlling part of the multiple hydraulic elements before the engine is started, by using oil pressure accumulated in an accumulator (S8). The control mode starts controlling the rest of the multiple hydraulic elements by using oil pressure that is provided after the engine is started (S16).
Control method and control device of continuously variable transmission
A control method of a continuously variable transmission includes supplying oil pressure to a secondary pulley oil chamber by a source pressure oil pump, and controlling a flow of oil into and from a primary pulley oil chamber by an electric oil pump arranged in an oil passage between the primary pulley oil chamber and the secondary pulley oil chamber. After start-up of the source pressure oil pump, an operation of the electric oil pump is restricted until the oil is filled in the oil passage on the secondary pulley oil chamber side of the electric oil pump. The operation of the electric oil pump is permitted when rotation speed of the electric oil pump reaches a predetermined rotation speed.
POSITION CONTROLLER
A position controller that performs position control by outputting a drive signal to a control valve of a hydraulic actuator that changes an operation position of an object, includes: a position acquisition unit that acquires an actual value of an operation position of the object; a position control unit that calculates an operation command value for the control valve by closed-loop control so as to reduce a deviation between a target value of the operation position of the object and the actual value; and a vibration wave application unit that applies a vibration wave to a signal of the closed-loop control so that the operation command value vibrates at a predetermined frequency at start of the closed-loop control.
SHIFT DEVICE
A control section of this shift device is configured to perform a learning process regarding a relative position of a shift switching mechanism section for a rotation drive section when transition from a non-startup state to a startup state occurs on the basis of both of a change amount of a drive section rotation angle in the non-startup state and the startup state and a change amount of a switching mechanism section turning angle in the non-startup state and the startup state.
Pulse Start Method for an Internal Combustion Engine of a Hybrid Vehicle
A hybrid drive device has an internal combustion engine, a clutch transmission which has at least one free partial transmission and a partial transmission connected to an electric machine with in each case a clutch, and at least one electric machine. In order to start the internal combustion engine, pulse energy is provided from an inertia of the clutch associated with the free partial transmission and/or a rotation in the free partial transmission.
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle such as a tractor including an engine, a battery, a hydraulic continuously variable transmission, and an electric cylinder, and a power transmission mechanism. The hydraulic continuously variable transmission changes an output of the engine, and changes an angle of a movable swash plate to change a gear ratio thereof. The electric cylinder is driven by electric power supplied from the battery at least while the engine is stopped. With the power generated in the electric cylinder and transmitted, the power transmission mechanism changes the angle of the movable swash plate of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission.
