DUST SEAL
A dust seal includes an annular dust seal body, an annular bushing through which a shaft is slidably inserted, and an annular seal lip provided on the bushing and slidably contacting the shaft. The dust seal body includes an annular elastic attaching portion that is fitted into an opening of a receiving portion, an annular first accordion unit having an elastic accordion, and an annular second accordion unit having an elastic accordion. The first accordion unit and the second accordion unit are arranged side by side in the direction of an axis. The first accordion unit is integral with the attaching portion, is joined to the attaching portion at an outer periphery, and is bonded to the bushing at an inner periphery by vulcanization. The second accordion unit is fixed to the attaching portion at an outer periphery, and engaged with the bushing at an inner periphery.
CYLINDER DEVICE AND COVER MEMBER
A cylinder device includes a cylinder that has one end from which a piston rod extends, a pipe-shaped cover member that has an extendable bellows portion and a small-diameter portion whose inner diameter is smaller than an inner diameter of the bellows portion, the cover member being configured to protect the piston rod, and a capping member fitted into the cylinder, the capping member having a convex portion to which the small-diameter portion of the cover member is locked, at an outer periphery, wherein at the small-diameter portion of the cover member, a bulge portion that bulges outside in a radial direction is formed.
Dust cover for ball joint
A ball joint dust cover is provided. The ball joint dust cover is made of a rubbery elastic material and is provided with a small diameter opening part with which a hard ring is formed. The hard ring is sandwiched by a retainer having a three-sided box shape. The retainer includes a plurality of gaskets contacting the hard ring.
Bellow
Bellow of a flexible material for protecting a coupling comprising first and second connector end subject to vibration and torsion. The bellow comprises a material able to prevent material from entering or exiting the space between the connector ends. The bellow is arranged to be attached to the first connector end by a first clamp and to the second connector end by a second clamp. The bellow is provided with a zipper comprising a zipper slider and first and second zipper part attached to opposite ends of the sheet. Thus, the bellow can be wrapped around said first connector end and second connector end and closed by zipper.
DUST COVER, SUSPENSION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DUST COVER
A dust cover is configured to cover an outer side of a damper extending in a predetermined direction. The dust cover includes bellows portions and a flange portion. The bellows portions are inclined alternately toward a radially outer side and a radially inner side in an axial direction. The flange portion extends radially outward from a cylindrical portion of the dust cover. The flange portion protrudes radially outward from the cylindrical portion of the dust cover by a dimension larger than a height dimension in a radial direction between a radially inner end and a radially outer end of each of the bellows portions. A thickness of the flange portion is larger than a thickness of the radially outer end of each of the bellows portions.
Gaiter seal and working head of a device or machine for producing and/or treating containers, said working head comprising such a gaiter seal
A gaiter seal for shielding a functional element of a container-processing machine extends between parts of a working head of the container-processing machine includes axially-adjacent gaiter modules that extend along an axis and support-and-sliding elements at interfaces between adjacent gaiter modules. The support-and-sliding elements radially support and guide the first and second gaiter-modules along the functional element.
EDGE-WELDED BELLOWS
An edge-welded bellows, including a plurality of diaphragms and a guide part for guiding on the outer surface of a rod extending through an inner through-opening of the bellows or for guiding on the inner surface of a tube surrounding the bellows. The guide part has a retaining fin, which, at the edge thereof, lies between the edges of adjacent diaphragms and is welded thereto, and a guide sleeve, which surrounds the longitudinal central axis and has a guide surface for guiding the bellows on the outer surface of the rod or the inner surface of the tube. The guide sleeve has a wall thickness that is more than three times that of the retaining fin. The guide sleeve has a step having a contact surface. The retaining fin lies, in a region adjoining the edge thereof, on the contact surface and is form-fittingly secured against being lifted off from the contact surface.
Fluid pulsation dampeners
A pulsation dampener includes: a housing having in internal cavity; an expandable bellows positioned within the internal cavity of the housing, the expandable bellows having a proximal end, a distal end, and an expandable portion between the proximal and distal ends; a bellows support member coupled to an interior side of the distal end of the expandable bellows and extending longitudinally away from the distal end of the expandable bellows toward the proximal end of the expandable bellows; and a cap fixed with respect to the housing and positioned to support the bellows support member when the expandable bellows is in a longitudinally compressed configuration.
Ball joint for a vehicle, in particular for an off-road vehicle
A ball joint (20) for a vehicle, in particular for an off-road vehicle. The ball joint (20) has a housing (21) and a ball stud (22) which is rotatably and pivotably mounted in the housing (21) and which, with a shaft (23), extends out of an opening of the housing (21). The housing opening is protected against unwanted penetration of dirt and/or moisture by f a seal bellows (25). The seal bellows (25) is surrounded in some areas by a bellows protection (30) in order to prevent damage to the seal bellows (25) due to mechanical influence.
Ball joint and dust cover
A ball joint and a dust cover in which a stable sealing function can be provided even when a space for disposing the dust cover is small are provided. The dust cover includes a deformable body portion, a fixed portion which is provided on one end side of the body portion and is fixed to a socket, and a seal portion provided on the other end side of the body portion. The seal portion has a main seal part which is provided to be slidable relative to a spherical portion side flange and an opposite side flange while sandwiched therebetween. The maximum length of the main seal part in a central axis direction in a state in which no external force is applied thereto is longer than a distance between opposing surfaces of the spherical portion side flange and the opposite side flange, where the central axis direction is a direction in which a central axis of the dust cover extends in a state in which no external force is applied thereto.
