DRAIN PETCOCK
A drain petcock having a central channel for drainage, a side wall aperture for draining, and a closing plug that both closes the central channel and overlies the side wall aperture. The partial removal of the closing plug enables a controlled flow for initial draining. A full removal of the closing plug enables a more controlled flow through the central channel for further draining.

Apparatus to protect sealing surfaces of thief hatches
Apparatus to protect sealing surfaces of thief hatches are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a first portion that is attachable to a tank, wherein the first portion includes a first opening, and a second portion that is pivotably coupled to the first portion. The example apparatus is structured to provide access to an aperture in the tank via the first opening when the second portion is in an open state and maintain a pressure of the tank within a specified range by selectively separating one or more seals from one or more corresponding sealing surfaces when the second portion is in a closed state, wherein the second portion includes the one or more seals and the one or more corresponding sealing surfaces.

Compressed gas cylinder quick release safety cap
The subject matter described herein includes a safety device for a tank having a fluid material therein. The safety device includes a tank collar wherein the collar is threaded on an inner facing circumference and defines a groove on an outer facing circumference. The tank collar is engageably received by the tank by threadably engaging the threaded inner facing circumference with a correspondingly threaded outer facing surface of the tank. The safety device also includes a cap having a locking collar formed about an open end of the cap, wherein the collar defines apertures circumferentially spaced around an inner circumference thereof. The cap includes a locking ring configured for being translatably engaged with the locking collar. The cap includes at least one ball bearing that is received within one of the apertures. The at least one ball bearing is retractable and extendable within the aperture.

DOOR HANDLE ARRANGEMENT WITH INTERMEDIATE OPENING POSITION
The present application relates to a handle arrangement (1) for a door (10), comprising a handle (2) and a locking clamp (3) for engaging a locking element on a door frame (70). The locking clamp is arranged to rotate around a first axis (A) from a locking to an intermediate position and to move linearly along a second axis (B) from the intermediate to an open position, when the handle is moved between a closed, intermediate, and open state. The arrangement comprises a resilient means (8) arranged to keep the locking clamp from moving from the intermediate position towards the open position until a force applied in the direction of the linear movement of the locking clamp towards the open position exceeds a resilient force of the resilient means. With this arrangement, a handle arrangement which may be opened in several steps is provided such that the opening of a door may be performed in a controlled manner.
Gas filling system
A system for allowing gas to flow into a liquid, the system comprising: a container having a bottom wherein the bottom comprises a gas inlet; a lid configured to cover the container; a gas providing mechanism configured to allow flow of the gas through the gas inlet into the liquid when contained in the container, and a locking mechanism configured to ensure flow of gas into the liquid only when the container is properly covered by the lid. Additional embodiments of the system are disclosed herein.
