Pressure vessel safety lock apparatus
A locking device for restricting access to a hatch of a pressure vessel, and, more specifically, a locking device that is responsive to the internal pressure in the pressure vessel so as to minimize the ability of one to open the hatch while the vessel is still pressurized. In some embodiments, the locking device comprises first and second portions of the locking device configurable between an open and a closed configuration and a pressure-responsive locking member in fluid communication with an outlet port of the pressure vessel and arranged to automatically retain the first and second portions in the closed configuration when the pressure inside of the pressure vessel is above a predetermined threshold, wherein in the closed configuration the first and second portions restrict manipulation of the hatch and/or a locking mechanism of the hatch.

Cover for an Access Opening
A cover assembly for restricting access to an access opening includes a cover member and a flexible member. The cover member includes a central covering portion surrounded by an outer peripheral collar portion defining a passage, and a tab affixed to the collar portion, with the tab including at least one tab aperture. The flexible member extends through the passage and has a first end extending outward of the passage and including at least one flexible member aperture, and a second end secured to the collar portion. When the first end of the flexible member is pulled, the collar portion of the cover member is constricted, and one of the at least one flexible member apertures is aligned with one of the at least one tab apertures to receive a locking member therethrough, thereby securing the collar portion in a constricted condition.

Float valve assembly for fluid container
A container for exchanging fluids in a vehicle using a pressurized air service or a vacuum service has a tank for holding a new fluid that is used to replace the old fluid that is in the vehicle. The container has a cap at the tank's top end, and an outlet port extends through the cap. A process tube connects to the outlet port at its proximal end, and a float valve assembly with a ball float connects to the process tube's distal end. The float valve assembly's base is positioned at the bottom of the tank when the tank is sealed and is spaced away from the bottom when the tank is unsealed. The base has an entrance port, an exit port, and an internal passageway therebetween, and the ball float moves between an open configuration spaced from the entrance port and a closed configuration covering the entrance port.

Device for the sealed transfer between two enclosed volumes, comprising an external control lever
The invention relates to a device for sealed transfer between two enclosed volumes, comprising a first flange and a second flange (10) which define a passage opening into the enclosed volumes and can be secured to each other by a first bayonet connection, a first door and a second door (11) which close off the passage openings and can be secured to each other by a second bayonet connection, the first door (11) being hingedly mounted on the first flange (10) by means of a hinge (4) comprising a hinge pin, characterized in that the device comprises an external manual control lever (9) which is secured to a rotary pin penetrating the first flange (10) and which is coupled to the hinge pin in such a way that the actuation of the control lever (9) drives the hinge pin, thus opening or closing the first door (11).
