VALVE DEVICE
A seal ring of a valve element includes a one-end joint forming portion and an other-end joint forming portion. The one-end joint forming portion includes a one-end first contact portion and a one-end second contact portion located on one side of the one-end first contact portion in an axial direction and extending in a circumferential direction beyond the one-end first contact portion. The other-end joint forming portion includes an other-end first contact portion and an other-end second contact portion located on the other side of the other-end first contact portion in the axial direction and extending in the circumferential direction beyond the other-end first contact portion. An inner diameter of the seal ring when the one-end first contact portion separates from the other-end second contact portion is less than an outer diameter of the valve element.
Gas expansion system
The amount of consumption of gas is reduced when the gas is expanded to be cooled by using a plurality of expansion turbines. A high-pressure expansion turbine includes: a gas supply passage through which bearing gas is supplied to a bearing portion; and a gas discharge passage through which the bearing gas which has been supplied from the gas supply passage to the bearing portion is discharged from the bearing portion. A low-pressure expansion turbine includes: a gas supply passage through which the bearing gas is supplied to a bearing portion; and a gas discharge passage through which the bearing gas which has been supplied from the gas supply passage to the bearing portion is discharged from the bearing portion. The bearing gas discharged from the gas discharge passage of the high-pressure expansion turbine is supplied to the gas supply passage of the low-pressure expansion turbine.
Dynamic sealing labyrinth seals
A compression ring for a shrouded compressor including a radially inner surface having one or more areas configured to mate flush with one or more portions of a radially outward surface of a shroud of the shrouded compressor, a radially outer surface located opposite the radially inner surface, a labyrinth seal located on the radially outer surface, a groove located within the radially inner surface, and a load ring located within the groove.
OIL DEFLECTOR AND TURBOCHARGER
An oil deflector comprising: a cylindrical portion; a first guide surface extending radially outward from the cylindrical portion; and a second guide surface that is located on a radially outer side of the cylindrical portion and extends in a direction that crosses an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and the first guide surface.
Piston rod sealing system for a reciprocating machine and method for sealing such piston rod
A piston rod sealing system for a reciprocating machine (1), including a piston rod (8) having a first end (8a) connected to a piston (9), and a second end (8b) connected to a crankshaft (10), the piston rod (8) being received within a housing (7); and a sealing unit (11) provided between the piston rod (8) and the housing (7), and having a first lateral surface (12a) facing the first end (8a) and a second lateral surface (12b) facing the second end (8b). The sealing unit (11) includes a first rod seal (13) positioned in the vicinity of the first lateral surface (12a) and a second rod seal (14) positioned between the first rod seal (13) and the second lateral surface (12b), the sealing unit (11) being fixed within the housing (7). The second rod seal (14) includes a liquid injection pipe (15).

GASKET, FLUID FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND METHOD OF CLEANING SUCH A VALVE
A valve disc gasket for use in a fluid flow control valve includes a frustoconical, ring-shaped body part having a plurality of circumferentially distributed asymmetrical, through-going openings and/or slits and/or asymmetrical protrusions, wherein an internal surface of the respective asymmetrical through-going opening and/or slit forms a vane surface and/or wherein an external surface of the respective asymmetrical protrusion forms a vane surface, wherein the asymmetrical through-going openings and/or slits and/or protrusions are asymmetrical at least in the sense that respective through-going opening or slit and/or protrusion is asymmetric relative to any radial plane intersecting the respective through-going opening or slit and/or the respective protrusion. Also disclosed is a fluid flow control valve and a method for cleaning a fluid flow control valve.
Radial shaft seal
A radial shaft seal for a shaft to be sealed operating at high rotational speeds and circumferential speeds in both rotational directions has a sealing lip with a first circumferential ring and a second circumferential ring. The first circumferential ring is resting seal-tightly against the shaft to be sealed and seals the medium side. At the side of the first circumferential ring facing the air side, there are first return elements that convey leakage medium back to the medium side. The second circumferential ring is provided at the side of the first circumferential ring facing the air side and second return elements are provided at its air side. The second return elements guide medium that has passed underneath the second circumferential ring back underneath the second circumferential ring to the medium side.
Seal ring
The seal ring is annular around an axis x and includes an annular outer peripheral surface facing an outer periphery side, and a plurality of recessed parts. The recessed parts are formed in such a way as to be spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction and are recessed from the outer peripheral surface toward an inner periphery side. The recessed parts expand, in the axis x direction, from one side surface to a position which does not reach another side surface. The outer peripheral surface includes a annular contact surface between the another side surface and the position, and rib surfaces respectively between mutually neighboring recessed parts in the circumferential direction. Each of the rib surfaces extends between the one side surface and the position in the axis x direction.
Hydraulic components and methods of manufacturing
A spiral wound header ring is provided. The spiral wound header ring comprises at least one outer fabric layer and at least one spiral of inner fabric and rubber. The spiral wound header ring further may have a sealing surface that extends from a rearward facing surface to the forward facing annular, radially extending, surface.
