A negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device includes a blocking member and a buoyant member. The buoyant member comprises two floats and a connection rod connected to the two floats. The liquid reservoir is provided with a guide therein, and the guide confines the two floats, the blocking member and the liquid outlet port in the same vertical line. A limiting member is arranged between the two floats and is fixed to an inner wall of the liquid reservoir. A maximum distance between the limiting member and a top wall of a lower float of the two floats is smaller than a maximum distance between a top wall of an upper float of the two floats and a top wall of the liquid reservoir. The negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device can replace an existing electrically controlled valve. Therefore, the cost is reduced, the maintenance is convenient and service life is prolonged.

In some embodiments, a solenoid valve device may include a body having a first fluid conduit, a second fluid conduit, and a chamber which may couple the first fluid conduit and a second fluid conduit together. A valve seat may be positioned within the chamber and all fluid passing through the chamber may be directed through the valve seat. A seal element may be movably positioned within the chamber and the seal element may be movable between a first position, in which the seal element is contacting the valve seat, and a second position, in which the seal element is not contacting the valve seat. A body magnet may motivate the seal element into the first position or the second position. Conversely, an electromagnet may overcome the magnetic communication of the body magnet and motivate the seal element into the second position or the first position.

A modular valve for free-flowing media, with a main module with a valve housing and an electromagnet, a dosing module with a closure member which is movable by means of the electromagnet and which closes a dispensing opening of the dosing module, and a valve lift adjustment module for adjusting the valve lift, which valve lift adjustment module comprises an elongate abutment part which is arranged at least in part in a valve interior of the main module and is modifiable in its axial position in the valve interior, which abutment part limits the movement of the closure member in the direction of the valve lift adjustment module, the dosing module and the valve lift adjustment module being connected releasably to the main module in such a way that the dosing module and the valve lift adjustment module can each be replaced by another module of the same module type.

A single manhole has a separate section to handle waste water and a separate section to handle surface water, with pipes operatively connected to them. Valves connected to the manhole and pipes are opened and closed to prevent outlet as well as to prevent gas from entering the outlet to keep the sewer pipes filled with liquid, and fluid travels pipe-in-pipe and forms a gravity flow high capacity (full current) column.
