VALVE COMPONENT
The valve component comprises a valve member movable between an open position and a closed position. The valve component comprises a valve control mechanism including a drive member that moves the valve member. The drive member rotates the valve member between the open position and an intermediate position and linearly moves the valve member between the intermediate position and the closed position. The valve control mechanism includes a cam to drive the drive member. The cam includes a cam slot to engage the drive member. The cam slot includes a recess to receive the drive member in the closed position of the valve member so that the recess locates the drive member to resist or prevent linear movement of the valve member away from the valve closed position towards the valve intermediate position.
Butterfly valve
A butterfly valve has a rod connected to a DD motor and disposed along a direction orthogonal to a flow path, and a butterfly valve body that is linked to the rod and that opens and closes the flow path due to the rod being rotated by the DD motor, wherein a linking body center of gravity, which is the center of gravity of a rotating liking body having at least the rod and the butterfly valve body as constituent members, is positioned on an axial line of a rotating shaft of the DD motor.
Valve
Disclosed is a valve, comprising a valve body, an inner valve seat and a valve core. The valve core is mounted in the valve body. The inner valve seat is mounted in the valve body. The inner valve seat has a annular body and a seal structure extending inwards from an inner peripheral surface of the annular body, wherein the seal structure is arranged in such a manner that the seal structure seals a gap formed among the valve body, the inner valve seat and the valve core when the valve is in a closed state. After the valve is used for discharging liquid, the amount of liquid residue inside the valve can be greatly reduced.
MOTOR VEHICLE DIRECTIONAL VALVE FOR ADJUSTING A FLUID FLOW
A directional valve for adjusts a fluid flow, such as a coolant flow, is between at least two operating states. The valve includes a valve housing, an adjustable valve member, and a slotted link guide adapted to push the valve member into a sealing contact switching state with the valve housing and to guide the valve member into a releasing operating state shifted back with respect to the sealing contact operating state.
Frictionless rotary valve
A frictionless rotary valve comprising: a valve body to be connected within a gas meter, the valve body comprising: a seal, fixedly attached near an outlet of the valve body; and a valve disc, having a ball bearing attached to the valve body; and a gear mechanism comprising: a worm wheel engaged with a worm, wherein the worm wheel is attached to a second end of the valve disc; a drive gear connected to the worm, wherein a rotation of the drive gear in a clockwise direction rotates the worm wheel in an anti-clockwise and moves the valve disc in a closed position; a worm wheel stop, for restricting a movement of the worm wheel in the anti-clockwise direction and driving the worm wheel in a vertically upward direction; and a linear guide attached to the worm wheel.
DIVERTER AND METHOD OF USE
A diverter system for directing fluid from an inlet port to a selected outlet port. In one embodiment, a high-pressure fluid and proppant received from a missile can enter a diverter through an inlet port and travel to a well head via a Christmas tree or fracturing stack. The diverter system can have a plug housed in the diverter body that connects to the inlet port. The diverter body has at least one outlet port to which the plug can connect the inlet port. The plug can be configured to connect to one outlet port at a time so that a single wellhead can be singled out to experience a fracturing stage. Once the fracturing stage is complete, another wellhead can be singled out, and the previous well sealed off so that other operations can be performed.
VALVE COMPONENT
A valve component for a valve, the valve comprises a valve housing defining a hollow bore along which flowable material may flow. The valve component comprises a valve member movable between a valve open position for the valve member to open the hollow bore and a valve closed position for the valve member to close the hollow bore, and a valve control mechanism including a drive member configured to be operable to move the valve member between the valve open position and the valve closed position, the drive member operable to rotate the valve member between the valve open position and a valve intermediate position and to linearly move the valve member between the valve intermediate position and the valve closed position.
Butterfly valve
An eccentric butterfly valve includes a valve body formed therein with an internal flow passage extending in a direction of the flow passage axis, a disk-shaped valve member disposed in the internal flow passage and supported by the valve body through valve stems to be rotatable about a rotation axis R, and an annular valve seat portion provided on an inner periphery of the internal flow passage, and the internal flow passage is opened and closed by rotating the valve stem to bring a sealing surface of an outer peripheral edge portion of the valve member into and out of contact with the valve seat portion. The valve member is further provided in one of the principal surfaces with a groove portion extending in a direction across the rotation axis R, and both side walls of the groove portion are formed as convex curved surfaces extending in a convex shape.
Steering drive device for pressing-controlled valve core
Disclosed is steering drive device for a pressing-controlled valve core, the steering drive device including a fixed top frame, a lifting drive rod, a vertical guide column, a lifting receiving seat, a fork-shaped swinging member, and a steering linkage. The steering linkage has an end that swings laterally when being moved, and the laterally swinging end is provided with a through hole for the fork-shaped swinging member to drive the swing arm, and cause the horizontal post to axially slide. The vertical cross-section of the through hole is rectangular, and the drive horizontal column has a range of up and down movement space in it, so that, when the drive swing arm generates lateral displacement due to vertical swing, it will pull the steering linkage along a circular path laterally moving, and at the same time drives the valve to rotate the actuating seat and cause it rotate laterally.
