Valve
A valve comprising a first chamber (111) and a second chamber (112), wherein a movable member (204) is arranged to selectably bring the first and second chambers into and out of fluid communication with one another, the movable member arranged such that when in an open position wherein the first and second chambers are in fluid communication, gas at a first pressure in the first chamber provides a closing force to a first surface area (222) of the movable member to overcome an opening force provided by gas at a second pressure in the second chamber on a second surface area (223) of the movable member whereby the movable member moves to a closed position to isolate the first and second chambers, and further arranged wherein as the movable member moves to the closed position, the second surface area of the movable member exposed within the second chamber is reduced thus reducing the opening force provided by the gas at the second pressure and providing a bias towards the closed position.
Gate valve
A gate valve that opens or closes opening parts of a valve box with a valve plate includes a valve rod that moves upward or downward and tilt inside the valve box; a drive mechanism that moves the valve rod upward or downward by a predetermined stroke and tilts the valve rod; a stopper mechanism that includes a spring return type stopper pin, and in which, when compressed air is supplied, a pin rod of the stopper pin moves forward in a horizontal direction, and a cam plate connected to the valve rod or a load receiving roller attached to the cam plate collides with the pin rod to regulate an upward movement of the valve rod. When the supply of the compressed air is stopped, the pin rod moves backward in the horizontal direction due to a reaction force of the spring, so that the cam plate or the load receiving roller does not collide with the pin rod and the regulation on the upward movement of the valve rod is released; and a vibration reducing device that reduces vibration.
Valve
Provided is a valve 130 which requires only a small space for the open/close operation of an opening 113 in a partition wall. A sealing part 140 includes a sealing member 141 for sealing the opening by being pressed onto the partition wall around the opening. An urging means 144 urges the sealing member 141 against the opening when the sealing member 141 is in contact with the opening. A driving means 160 generates a driving force orthogonal to an opening central axis A which is an axis perpendicular to a partition plate 111 and passing through the center of the opening. A linkage 150, which is a Scott Russell linkage connecting the sealing part 140 and the driving means 160, converts the driving force of the driving means 160 into a driving force which is parallel to the opening central axis A and makes the sealing part 140 move along the same axis.
Horizontal Balanced Guided Valve
A valve assembly comprising a valve guide and one or more weights coupled to and/or integral with the valve guide. The valve assembly may further comprising a valve body and a valve stem connecting the valve body to the valve guide. The valve assembly may be disposed in a fluid end of a positive displacement pump that is operated to flow a wellbore servicing fluid into a wellbore.
Refrigerant charging assemblies and methods of use
Refrigerant charging systems and methods of use are described herein. A refrigerant charging system may include a conduit, a valve releasably connectable to the outlet portion and coupled to a first end of the conduit; and a disconnect coupler fitting connected to a second end of the conduit. The disconnect coupler fitting may include a control structure positioned in a hollow body that, during use, allows refrigerant flow to the refrigerant circuit. The control structure may include one or more openings that allow controlled leakage of fluid from the refrigerant charging assembly when the refrigerant charging assembly is disconnected from at least the refrigerant service unit.
CAN TAP
Disclosed are can taps for dispensing fluids from containers. The can tap has a housing with an inlet and an outlet, and a pin. The pin has a flow portion in fluidic communication with the inlet and the outlet of the housing. The pin may have a blunt depressor capable of operating a valve on the container. The flow portion of the pin allows fluid to flow between the housing and the pin. The can tap may have a gasket comprising a material having a hardness that prevents deformation of the container.
Fluid supply system having shutoff valve with stabilized electrical valve actuator
A fluid supply system for a machine such as an internal combustion engine includes a shutoff valve having an electrical actuator that includes a solenoid subassembly, and a stabilizer for the electrical valve actuator. The stabilizer includes a fitting structured to couple the shutoff valve to adjacent hardware in the fluid supply system, and a strongarm extending between the fitting and the solenoid assembly and clamped to the solenoid subassembly. A vibration-damping reinforced grommet may be clamped between the solenoid subassembly and the clamp.
Systems and methods for measuring blood pressure
A system for measuring blood pressure of a wearer of an inflatable cuff and a method thereof. The system includes a piston, a bar lever located to restrict at least some movement of the piston, a motor coupled to an actuator that is coupled to the bar lever, and a processor in communication with the motor. The processor is configured to receive pressure data associated with the inflatable cuff and is configured to, based on a determination that the pressure data satisfies a threshold, actuate the motor to move the bar lever in a first or second direction. Movement of the bar lever in the first direction causes the piston to move in the first direction, thereby increasing the flow rate of gas through a gas pathway. Movement of the bar lever in the second direction causes a decrease in the flow rate of the gas through the gas pathway.
Material, storage container using the material, valve attached to the storage container, method of storing ClF and method of using ClF storage container
A material at least partly coated with a passive film of fluoride formed by contact with a gas containing ClF.
Manually controlled high pressure valve and a glass chiller using thereof
A manually controlled high pressure valve includes a valve body having an air inlet, an air outlet and a mounting hole; an adjusting device arranged in the mounting hole by hermetically connecting to the inside wall of the mounting hole and having an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole; a limiting block arranged below the adjusting device and matched with the adjusting device and the air inlet for controlling the air intake from the air inlet hole of the adjusting device. The limiting block can be jacked up by the high pressure of the air inlet and block off the air inlet to stop jetting outwardly when the gas is not exhausted from the air outlet of the valve; and the limiting block can be removed to form a gap between the limiting block and the inlet hole when it is required to jet outwardly.
