Dust Collection System Blast Gate Valve
The gate housing has a flow passage therethrough, the flow passage having an inlet and an outlet. The gate housing also includes a gate pocket configured to receive a blast gate and to allow the blast gate to slide therein between an open position and a closed position. The magnetic brake element is on the gate housing and includes a magnet mounted to the gate housing such that a magnetic force of the magnet extends into the gate pocket.
Gate valve gate member for a gate valve
A gate valve and gate member for a gate valve, which may be used for hydrocarbon well fracturing operations with a fracturing fluid, or “frac fluid”, includes a seat, having a seat end face which is in sliding contact with a gate member that has a sealing face surface with at least one recess formed in the sealing face surface of the gate member.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR INDICATING A POSITION OF VALVE OF WELLSITE EQUIPMENT
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus, a system, and a method for detecting and indicating the operational position of a valve of wellsite equipment. The apparatus comprises a mount portion and a housing portion. The mount is operatively coupled to a non-moving part of the valve and the housing portion is configured to receive a sensor therewithin. The sensor is configured to detect the position of a moving part of the valve and to provide an output signal indicative of the position of the moving part of the valve. The position of the moving part of the valve is indicative of the operational position of the valve. The system comprises one or more such apparatus for detecting and indicating the operational position of one or more valves on a wellsite or well pad.
ISOLATION KNIFE GATE VALVE
An isolation knife gate valve has a valve body including pipe couplings. Removable face sealing elements are attached on either side of the valve body interior to the pipe couplings. A perimeter seal may also be mounted within the valve body. The face sealing elements may include flexible seal elements extending around the opening. The flexible seal elements may cooperate with the perimeter seal, having portions contacting side surfaces of the perimeter seal and other portions contacting faces of the valve gate.
Sand Lock Valve
A singular piston included behind a valve seat within a gate valve assembly can be energized by external pressure through a hydraulic port within the valve body. When the back side of the singular piston is energized, the singular piston applies force in one direction against the adjacent valve seat, valve gate, opposing valve seat and valve seat pocket in both the valve open position and the valve closed position to block any unwanted matter from moving into the valve backside cavity. A singular piston has a pressure sealing surface and a piston pocket with an adjacent pressure sealing surface that allows the valve to seal in the closed position with the contained fluid bore pressure against the opposing valve body flow path side to the piston without the piston being energized.
Gate valve capable of being opened and closed by using elastic force
A gate valve includes a valve body, a transmission base disposed in the valve body, and two gate plates disposed at two sides of the transmission base. The gate plates are connected together through an elastic member disposed in the transmission base. When the transmission base is located at a first position, the gate plates are received in a chamber and moved towards each other by the elastic member to open valve openings. When the transmission base is located at a second position, the valve openings are sealed by the gate plates, and an elastic positioning portion of the elastic member is abutted against a positioning plate of the valve body for providing a buffer positioning effect to the gate plates. Therefore, the gate valve of the present invention is opened and closed by using the elastic member, and has advantages of smooth movement, simple structure, and good adaptability.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR VACUUMIZING AND SEALING A PACKAGE
An apparatus for vacuumizing and sealing a package includes a plurality of platens and vacuum chambers, each chamber adapted to mate with a dedicated one of the platens; a conveying system for conveying the platens and chambers along a generally angular path having a single axis of rotation; an automated loading assembly having a linear component and configured to load a package onto each of the platens; an automated unloading assembly having a linear portion and configured to unload a vacuumized, sealed package from each loaded platen onto an outfeed conveyor; and a vacuumizing/sealing system configured to cause relative movement of each chamber/platen pair, along a portion of the angular path, to form therebetween an air-tight enclosure accommodating the package and effect vacuumization and sealing of the package.
Closure mechanism vacuum chamber isolation device and sub-system
The present disclosure generally relates to an isolation device for use in processing systems. The isolation device includes a body having a flow aperture formed therethrough. In one embodiment, the isolation device is disposed between a remote plasma source and a process chamber. A closure mechanism is pivotally disposed within the body. The closure mechanism can be actuated to enable or disable fluid communication between the remote plasma source and the process chamber. In one embodiment, the closure mechanism includes a shaft and a seal plate coupled to the shaft. A cross-arm is coupled to the shaft opposite the seal plate. The cross-arm is configured to selectively rotate the shaft and the seal plate of the closure mechanism.
