VALVE CAPABLE OF PREVENTING VORTEX AND CORE USED THEREFOR
Disclosed are a valve capable of preventing a vortex and a core used therefor. The plastic valve comprises: a body made of plastic; a core formed inside the body; and an opening/closing portion. A fluid transfer hole is formed in the inner space of the core such that a fluid moves therethrough. The opening/closing portion contacts one end of the core through a hole of the body, when the valve is closed, thereby blocking the movement of the fluid. At least a part of the portion of the inner surface of the core, which corresponds to the fluid transfer hole, adjacent to the hole of the body, or at least a part of the portion of the core, which contacts the opening/closing portion, has a curved shape.

VALVE GATE WITHIN A VENTURI GAP OF A VENTURI DEVICE FOR PRODUCING VACUUM
Venturi devices are disclosed herein that include a body defining a Venturi gap between an outlet end of a converging motive section and an inlet end of a diverging discharge section, having a suction port in fluid communication with the Venturi gap, a gate valve linearly translatable to open and close the Venturi gap, and an actuator connected to the gate valve to operatively move the gate valve between an open position and a closed position. The gate valve, in a longitudinal cross-section, is generally U-shaped, thereby having continuous, opposing sides that one each close the motive outlet and the discharge inlet and defining a void between the opposing sides that is in fluid communication with the suction port. The converging motive section defines a circular-shaped motive inlet and defines an elliptical- or polygonal-shaped motive outlet, and the diverging discharge section defines an elliptical- or polygonal-shaped discharge inlet.
Nozzle tip with slit valve for fluid dispenser
An outlet valve assembly for a fluid dispenser of a type having a pump fluidically coupled to a fluid reservoir includes an outlet nipple having a proximal end configured to be fluidically coupled to the pump and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The outlet nipple defines a conduit extending in a flow direction and has an annular protrusion extending radially inwardly intermediate the proximal end and the distal end. An outlet nozzle is coaxially received within the distal end of the outlet nipple. A resiliently deformable valve member is received within the conduit. The valve member includes a valve head portion having one or more slits defining an orifice and a peripheral valve portion outward of the valve head portion. The peripheral valve portion is retained between the annular protrusion of the outlet nipple and an end edge surface of the outlet nozzle.

SWABABLE VALVE WITH CURVILINEAR VALVE STEM
A swabable valve having a collapsible valve stem with a concave curvilinear upper surface extending from rim-to-rim of the valve stem, the concave curvilinear upper surface comprising a radius that is sufficient to prevent the collapsed valve stem from becoming lodged within the valve body upon collapsing thereby assuring that the collapsed valve stem will return to its closed position with the concave curvilinear upper surface substantially flush with the end of the valve.

Flush valve
A Flush Valve is provided that comprises a plug valve located between a first cleanout and a second cleanout. The plug valve further comprises a plug assembly inserted in a pipe fitting. The Flush Valve may be placed in a drain line of a HVAC system resulting in a first section line and a second section line. A force is applied to a knob of the plug valve closing the plug valve, and a cleanout cap removed from each of the first cleanout and the second cleanout, and suction or a pressure applied to dislodge any debris in the first section line connected to the first cleanout and the second section line connected to the second cleanout. The cleanout caps may then be replaced and the force removed decompressing a spring in the plug valve and opening the plug valve allowing the HVAC system to drain.
