Low flow controller

A flow controller can include a conduit wall and a membrane coupled to the conduit wall. The membrane is configured to obstruct gas flow through the conduit. The flow controller includes a membrane controller, positioned adjacent to the membrane, wherein the membrane is positioned on one side of the membrane controller, such that the membrane controller impedes bending of the membrane in a second direction different from the first direction, thereby restricting gas flow through the conduit.

A fluid control valve includes: a valve housing including a flow path formed therein and having inflow and outflow ports for a fluid; a valve seat formed in the flow path; a driving device mounted in the valve housing; a valve shaft configured to be moved by being driven by the driving device; a valve body mounted on the valve shaft so as to open or close the flow path by being separated from or brought into contact with the valve seat; and a diaphragm formed in a form of an annular thin film and including outer and inner circumferential portions, and configured to move together with the valve shaft in a state where one side thereof faces a fluid chamber including the flow path and the valve seat so as to allow the fluid to flow therethrough, and the other side thereof faces an atmosphere chamber.

Valve displacement and regulating mechanism

A valve is equipped with a displacement amount regulating mechanism (for example, flow rate control device). An abutment member of the displacement amount regulating mechanism protrudes inside a pilot chamber and faces an upper end surface of a valve main body portion of a valve element. When the valve element (the valve main body portion) is separated from a valve seat to bring the valve into an open state, the abutment member is brought into abutment on the upper end surface of the valve main body portion. This abutment regulates the displacement of the valve element.

Transition pressure ring

Technologies are described for devices and methods to seal a diaphragm to a body exterior seal periphery. The methods may comprise rotating a handwheel of a bonnet assembly to move a load plate to apply a compression force to a top portion of a transition pressure ring. The top portion of the transition pressure ring may have a circular cross section. A bottom portion of the transition pressure ring may include a bead that may project out from a bottom surface of the bottom portion and may have a congruent shape and size as the body exterior seal periphery. The body exterior seal periphery may not be congruent to the circular cross section of the top portion. The compression force may press the bead against a diaphragm assembly and the diaphragm against the body exterior seal periphery, to seal the diaphragm to the body exterior seal periphery.

Diaphragm valve

A diaphragm valve includes a valve body, a diaphragm, a bonnet, an operation mechanism, and a fixing mechanism. The fixing mechanism includes a clamping member for integrally sandwiching and fixing, from both right and left sides, circumferential edges of both the bonnet and the valve body. A circular pressing member for pressing a circumferential edge of the diaphragm from above is interposed between the diaphragm and the bonnet and has convex portions and concave portions. The convex portions fit into notches provided at the circumferential edge of the diaphragm or the valve body, and the concave portions are fitted by protrusions provided at the circumferential edge of the diaphragm or the valve body.

Switching Membrane for a Pressure Control Valve and a Pressure Control Valve

A switching membrane for a pressure control valve has a plate-shaped flat body with a central area and a bending area surrounding the central area. The central area is provided with a closure area. For switching the switching membrane, the central area can be moved back and forth by a bending movement of the bending area in a direction transverse to an extension of the central area. At least the bending area is made of fluorocarbon rubber. A pressure control valve, especially for crankcase ventilation, is provided with a valve housing that has a housing cover and further is provided with a valve seat. A switching membrane as described above is disposed in the valve housing and switches at pressure differences of at most 500 mbar to release or shut off a flow of fluid at the valve seat.
