The user interface is provided on the spout. The micro-mixing valve is contained within the body and is in fluid communication with a hot water source and a cold water source. The first capacitive sensor is provided below the user interface. The second capacitive sensor is provided below the user interface and is spaced apart from the first capacitive sensor. The controller is operatively connected to the first capacitive sensor, the second capacitive sensor, and the micro-mixing valve. Each of the first and second capacitive sensors is configured to be independently activated by a user to transmit a signal to the controller to increase or decrease a temperature of a flow of water flowing from the micro-mixing valve.
Free-Standing Faucet
A free-standing faucet which includes a valve assembly, a spout, an inlet tube set, and a free-standing casing tube, a spray holder, and a spray is revealed. The valve assembly consists of a housing, a mixing valve, and a diverter, and a handle. The housing is composed of a mixing valve chamber in which the mixing valve is mounted, a pipe joint connected to the inlet tube set, a connection portion formed on one side of the pipe joint close to the mixing valve chamber, a first cold water channel, and a first hot water channel. The first hot and cold water channels are formed inside the pipe joint and communicating with the connection portion and the inlet tube set. An adapter is connected to the connection portion and having second cold and hot water channels. Thereby the mixing valve can be assembled and positioned easily, securely and accurately.
MIXER TAP
A mixer tap comprises a hollow tap body (10) made of a plastic material, a mixing cartridge (30) housed in a cartridge seat (32) made in the tap body, a cartridge support base plate (60), housed in a base plate seat (62) made in the tap body under the seat cartridge, a control cartridge seat (40) operationally connected to the mixing cartridge (30), and a water outlet tube (80) which extends from a side opening (24) of the tap body (10). The tap further comprises a shell casing (90) comprising a body portion (92) which covers the tap body (10) and a tube portion(94) which covers the water outlet tube (80).
Cartridge for electronic tap with a handle having an extended operative range of motion, electronic tape including same, and the operation method thereof
The present invention relates to a cartridge for an electronic tap having a handle or controller with an extended operative range of motion, which allows moving said handle or controller beyond its normal range of motion determined by a first stop, providing in said extended areas additional functionalities using a control system that determines the position of the handle in order to associate to said position a flow value, a fluid mixing ratio value, and/or an additional functionality. The invention also relates to the tap including said cartridge with a handle having an extended operative range of motion and to the operation method thereof.
Adjustable temperature regulated faucet
A faucet includes a mixing chamber, a bypass chamber, a hot water actuator, a cold water actuator, and a valve assembly. The mixing chamber is in fluid communication with a spout. The bypass chamber is operably coupled to a source of cold water. The cold water actuator is operably coupled to provide, upon actuation, cold water to the mixing chamber. The hot water actuator is operably coupled to provide, upon actuation, hot water to the mixing chamber. The valve assembly has a seal configured to move in a direction away from the spout responsive to a temperature of water in the mixing chamber exceeding a threshold, such that fluid connection is provided between the bypass chamber and the mixing chamber.
GROUP FOR MIXING WATER FOR BATHROOM OR KITCHEN
A flush-mounted group for mixing water for a bathroom or kitchen, comprising: a body comprising a valve, designed to be installed in a seat having a given depth with respect a finished surface, a fastening means for fixing the body to the seat, which is adjustable on the body to set the depth at which the body is inset inside the seat, a plate mountable on the finished surface to enclose the body inside the seat and which is provided with an opening for accessing the body, a control member for operating the valve, which is connected to the valve through the opening of the plate. The mixing group comprises a coupling means for connecting together the valve and the control member, which can be adjusted so as to vary a distance between the control member and the valve and ensure correct positioning of the control member inside the opening.
PRESSURE BALANCE VALVE OF INTERNAL RETENTION STRUCTURE
A pressure balance valve of an internal retention structure includes a control head, a valve housing, a balance valve assembly, and a valve seat assembly. The balance valve assembly includes a balance valve body, a piston, and sealing elements. The valve seat assembly includes a valve seat, two water stop sleeves, and a plug cap. The valve seat is integrally formed with a valve core chamber receiving therein balance valve assembly and closed by the plug cap. The valve seat assembly forms sealed and movable engagement with the control head by means of the water stop sleeves. Positioning between the valve core the valve seat and the valve housing can be made more accurate and more reliable and sealing performance of the valve core is improved.
Faucets Incorporating Valves and Sensors
A hybrid faucet system can include one or more sensors and manual controllers. For example, a faucet system can include a first infrared sensor configured to communicate with processing electronics to initiate a first operating mode of a hybrid faucet responsive to detecting a first activation motion for a first time period. The system can include a first manual controller configured to control a flow rate of hot water into the hybrid faucet system. In some embodiments, the system includes a second manual controller configured to control a flow rate of cold water into the hybrid faucet system.
Electronic Faucet With Spatial Orientation Control System
A faucet is provided that electronically controls the flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed. The faucet illustratively includes a faucet body and a faucet handle. The faucet illustratively includes an inertial motion unit sensor mounted in the faucet handle to sense spatial orientation of the faucet handle. The faucet illustratively includes an electronic flow control system to adjust flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed. The faucet illustratively includes a controller configured to receive signals from the inertial motion unit sensor and control the electronic flow control system to adjust flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed based upon the position of the faucet handle.
Sanitary fitting having a fitting housing and a control unit
There is proposed a water fitting having a fitting housing, having a water outlet commonly assigned to at least two water inlets, wherein at least two parallelly guided water lines are provided between one or more water inlets and the common water outlet, and wherein, in the parallelly guided water lines, there is provided in each case one control element for opening and closing the water flow path, which water fitting can be used in a flexible manner for the greatest possible number of sanitary applications, for example in kitchens, bathrooms, swimming facilities, sauna facilities, toilet facilities, abattoirs or the like, both in (semi-) public and also private areas. This is achieved according to the invention in that, when a control element in one of the parallel water lines is open, the one or more further control elements in the one or more further parallel water lines are closed.
