A faucet includes a base and a valve cartridge disposed in the base. The valve cartridge can control a flow of water. The faucet includes a structure that supports the valve cartridge. The structure includes a mount having a first protrusion, a second protrusion, and a smooth portion that extends between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The structure includes a lock plate that detachably couples to the mount. The lock plate can engage the first protrusion in a first rotational position to secure the lock plate relative to the first protrusion. The lock plate can slide along the smooth portion in a second rotational position.

Inductive switching valve

An inductive switching valve includes a valve body, a valve core assembly that is mounted in the valve body, a rocker arm that is movably connected to the valve body and matched with the valve core assembly, and a switching feedback unit. A magnetic assembly and a magnetic sensor of the switching feedback assembly are mounted to the rocker arm and the valve body, respectively. The switching feedback unit can automatically generate a corresponding switching signal according to the switching state of the inductive switching valve, so that the present invention can automatically feed back the switching state of the inductive switching valve.

MIXER FAUCET

A mixer faucet having a left-right clicking mechanism and configured to increase a degree of freedom of the faucet is provided. The mixer faucet includes a lever handle and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes: a tilting lever that is configured to move in conjunction with a movement of the lever handle, turn forward and rearward, and also turn leftward and rightward; a lower case; an upper case; a lower sealing member; an inner sealing member; and a click rotary member. The click rotary member is exposed to the outside of the valve assembly. The click rotary member is rotated leftward and rightward by a rotation force applied from the tilting lever. The click rotary member includes a first click engaging portion. The upper case includes a second click engaging portion. An engagement between the first click engaging portion and the second click engaging portion generates a left-right click.

Adjustable temperature regulated faucet
11739509 · 2023-08-29 ·

A method adjusts a regulated temperature in a faucet that includes a spout, a faucet body, a hot water valve and a cold water valve. The method includes regulating a maximum water temperature of water provided to the spout using a thermostatic valve cartridge to add cold water that bypasses the cold water valve to the water provided to the spout as a function of water temperature inside the thermostatic valve cartridge. The thermostatic valve cartridge is affixed to the faucet body and external access to the thermostatic valve cartridge is inhibited by at least one element. The method also includes removing the at least one element to expose at least a portion of a thermostatic valve cartridge, and rotating a rotatable portion of the thermostatic valve cartridge to adjust the regulated maximum water temperature.

ELECTRONIC TAP CARTRIDGE WITH MAGNETIC TRIAXIAL SENSOR FOR DETECTING THE POSITION OF THE CONTROLLER OR HANDLE AND ELECTRONIC TAP CONTAINING IT
20220154436 · 2022-05-19 ·

The present invention relates to an electronic tap cartridge which includes a magnetic sensor on the three Cartesian axes for the detection of the position of the controller or handle, by measuring on the said three Cartesian axes the magnetic field generated by a magnet-type element attached to the turning and rotating movement of the controller and handle, determining in an electronic way the regulation set by the user with the movement of the controller or handle, transmitting it to the corresponding devices that perform the mixing and regulate the flow of supply, the invention also referring to the tap containing said cartridge with the magnetic triaxial sensor.

MIXING VALVE
20220146004 · 2022-05-12 · ·

A mixing valve includes a mixing chamber, a first flow control valve having a first flow control opening, and a second flow control valve having a second flow control opening. The first and second flow control openings each have a diameter of approximately six millimeters and the mixing valve has a flow coefficient of approximately 2.5 when both flow control valves are in a mid-open position.

WATER CONSERVATION FAUCETS
20220146002 · 2022-05-12 ·

A water conservation faucet seamlessly integrating a tactile feedback mechanism into existing faucets to spur user controlled pre-set water flow rate, energy conservation, and cost savings. During movement of the handle, the user receives tactile feedback through the handle indicating the position of the handle as it moves from one pre-set position to the next. In addition to tactile feedback, the handle provides visual feedback to the user as the handle remains in the fixed position until the user chooses to move handle to another position.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ONE OR MORE ABLUTIONARY DEVICES

A control system for one or more ablutionary devices, comprising: a mixer valve having a first inlet and a second inlet configured to receive a supply of hot and cold water, and an outlet configured to output cold water, hot water or a mixture thereof as an output stream for suppling water to the one or more ablutionary devices downstream of the mixer valve; and a controller in communication with the mixer valve. The controller is configured to control the mixer valve according to one or more target output water properties; obtain one or more operating signals each related to an operating parameter of the control system; and generate, based on the one or more operating signals, a diagnostic signal that indicates an associated failure mode of the water supply if the mixer valve cannot be controlled to reach the one or more target water output properties.

Faucet including a wireless control module

An electronic faucet including a wireless module facilitating remote control of an electrically operable valve. Illustratively, the wireless module includes a body defining a fluid passageway in fluid communication with the electrically operable valve, and a receiver configured to receive wireless signals from a remote transmitter. The remote transmitter may comprise a voice recognition and conversion device to facilitate voice control of the electrically operable valve.
