HOUSING
A housing having a housing body (100) carries on the outside of one of the side walls (110) a bolt (500) aligned parallel to the lid guide grooves (120) and the lid (200) carries a sleeve (222) fixed to a tab (220) projecting over the upper edge of the corresponding side wall (110) of the housing body (100) and aligned coaxially with the bolt (500). The sleeve (222) engages around the bolt (500) to form an axially and rotationally movable sliding bearing.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTORS USING FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
A substrate block for a fluid delivery system is provided, the substrate block having an upper surface. The upper surface has an inlet substrate port and an outlet substrate port formed into the upper surface. A substrate fluid passageway extends from the inlet substrate port and the outlet substrate port. The substrate fluid passageway extends in a smooth arc which is free of corners or angular walls.
VALVE ASSEMBLY
A valve assembly with at least two valve modules is described, wherein the valve modules are arranged one beside the other in a line-up direction. The valve assembly also comprises an indicating device for displaying a state of the valve modules and/or of the valve assembly and/or of a component connected to the valve assembly. In the line-up direction the indicating device continuously extends over all valve modules.
Waterproof solenoid valve
A waterproof cover includes an operation unit for pressing a manual button of a solenoid valve main body. The operation unit includes a flexible cap, a pin guide interposed between the cap and the solenoid valve main body, and an operation pin that is inserted in guide hole of the pin guide so as to be displaced freely. The cap includes a flexible pressing portion for a pressing operation. One end of the operation pin is in contact with or close to the pressing portion, and the other end of the operation pin is in contact with the manual button.
MANIFOLD FOR A DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE FOR A VALVE ACTUATOR
A valve actuator control system, and a related manifold. The control system includes a pneumatic directional valve operable to move the actuator. The manifold has multiple internal channels and is mountable to the pneumatic directional valve in alternative connections so that one internal channel of the manifold is active and the others are non-active, so that the manifold and pneumatic directional valve can provide operability of the actuator in a plurality of different fail modes.
Diaphragm valve and flow rate control device
A diaphragm valve includes: a valve body having flow paths of fluids formed therein and having a diaphragm-arrangement portion on one surface; a diaphragm arranged in the diaphragm-arrangement portion and can open and close the flow path and adjust the opening degree of by elastic deformation; and a driving unit having a stem for pressing the diaphragm to elastically deform and an actuator for driving the stem, wherein the stem is axially movably held via a resin sleeve by a bonnet fixed to the valve body side.
Process control systems and associated monoflanges
In accordance with an example, a process control system includes a fluidic line having a longitudinal axis and including a fluidic connection. The fluidic connection has an axis angled relative to the longitudinal axis of the fluidic line. The process control system includes a primary block valve having an inlet port and an outlet port. The inlet port is coupled to the fluidic connection. The process control system includes a monoflange including a male portion forming an inlet port and including an external threaded surface. The monoflange includes an outlet and a flanged interface surrounding the outlet port of the monoflange. The monoflange includes a bleed port. The monoflange includes a bleed valve adapted to control fluid flow from the bleed port and a secondary block valve adapted to control fluid flow from the outlet port. The external threaded surface of the male portion threadably engages the outlet port of primary block valve.
LIQUID SPRAYING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a system for spraying a washing liquid, comprising a washing liquid tank, a plurality of spray members fluidically connected to the tank, a pump configured to supply the spray members with washing liquid, a plurality of valves coupled respectively to the plurality of spray members and configured to selectively transmit the pumped washing liquid to the respective spray members, wherein the plurality of valves are disposed in the form of a distribution block with an inlet of the block being configured to be fluidically connected to the pump and comprising fluidic connectors disposed in parallel and intended to be connected to spray members, and wherein the distribution block also comprises a mechanical overpressure valve disposed in parallel with the fluidic connectors and configured to be fitted on a fluidic connector of the distribution block.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A HOUSING CENTRAL PART OF A HIGH-PRESSURE SLIDE GATE VALVE
The invention relates to a method for producing a central housing part (1) of a high-pressure slide gate valve from high-temperature steel, in the case of which two die-forged central-housing-part half-shells (1a, 1b) with forged-on connectors (4a, 4b) are welded to one another, using electron-beam welding without any welding filler material, by a butt weld seam (2), which runs in a plane (3) which runs transversely to the connectors (4a, 4b) and subdivides the central housing part (1). In order to increase the creep resistance, and to reduce the weight, of such a central housing part, the production costs at the same time being advantageous, the invention proposes that the wall thicknesses of the central-housing-part half-shells (1a, 1b) should be designed overall on the basis of a weld strength factor (WSF=1), and that, once the weld seam (2) has been produced, the entire central housing part (1) should be subjected to a rigorous heat treatment involving heating to beyond the transformation temperature, quenching and tempering.
IMPROVED VALVE BLOCK HAVING MINIMAL DEADLEG
In one respect, the invention is an improved valve block design having minimal or no deadlegs that improves the efficiency of a system purge process. In another respect, the invention is a system incorporating said improved valve block design.
