Control valve seat and seat support

A high pressure fluid control device includes a valve body defining an inlet, an outlet, and a throat disposed between the inlet and the outlet. The valve body defines a longitudinal axis. A valve seat is disposed in the throat and includes a sloped surface. A seat support is disposed in the throat and is adjacent to the valve seat. The seat support includes a sloped surface adjacent to the sloped surface of the valve seat. A control element is disposed in the valve body and includes a stem and a seating surface. The control element is movable between an open position, in which the seating surface is spaced away from the valve seat, and a closed position, in which the seating surface engages the valve seat. The sloped surface of the seat support provides a rigid support to the valve seat to resist deformation of the valve seat.

Actuator of a refrigerant valve, valve arrangement comprising a refrigerant valve and an actuator and method for mounting an actuator of a refrigerant valve to the refrigerant valve

An actuator of a refrigerant valve is described, the actuator comprising a housing (5) having a chamber (12) with an opening (15) in an end face (26) of an end section (17) of the housing (5), the end section (17) having an outer thread (18), a tightening collar (6) having a radially inwardly protruding flange (20) and an inner thread (19) matching the outer thread (18), and an anchor ring (7) positionable between the tightening collar (6) and the end face (16), wherein the anchor ring (7) is elastically deformable at least in a radial direction with respect to an axis of the outer thread (18) and in a mounted condition at least partially overlaps the end face (16) and the flange (20) of the tightening collar (6), wherein a sealing ring (8) at the end face (16) shows a free side to the axial direction and is com-pressed by an axial force produced by screwing the tightening collar (6) onto the outer thread (18).

Valve device

A valve device includes: a body formed with a valve chamber, a first inflow passage, a second inflow passage, an outflow passage, and an annular groove and provided with a valve seat; and a diaphragm configured to communicate with and interrupt the second inflow passage and the outflow passage. An end portion of the second inflow passage is open to the valve chamber. The valve seat is provided on a peripheral edge of a location where the valve chamber and the second inflow passage communicate with each other. The annular groove is open to the valve chamber and is formed around the second inflow passage. An end portion of the outflow passage is open to the annular groove. The first inflow passage has a plurality of flow passages including an inflow port and a plurality of outflow ports, and each outflow port is open to the annular groove.

A valve comprises a first housing including a first lumen extending therethrough and defining a first disk-facing surface and a second housing including a second lumen extending therethrough and defining a second disk-facing surface, the second housing being mated to the first housing so that the second disk-facing surface faces the first disk-facing surface in combination with a flexible disk gripped between gripping portions of the first and second disk-facing surfaces, the disk including a slit extending therethrough which, when acted upon by a fluid pressure of at least a predetermined threshold level opens to permit fluid flow between the first and second lumens and which, when acted upon by a fluid pressure less than the threshold level remains sealed preventing fluid flow between the first and second lumens and a relief well between opposing portions of the first and second housings radially outside the gripping portions, a width of the relief well exceeding a width of a radially outer portion of the flexible disk so that the radially outer portion of the disk is free to move therewithin.

An exhaust valve comprises a tubular body extending along an axis, and defining a flow section perpendicular to the axis, a flap arranged in the tubular body across the flow section, and a shaft rigidly connected to the flap. The shaft is rotatable between a closed orientation in which the flap closes the flow section and an open orientation in which the flap frees the flow section. A proximal, respectively distal, housing is rigidly connected to the tubular body and houses a proximal, respectively distal, bearing ensuring a rotary interface between the tubular body and a proximal, respectively distal, end of the shaft. A rotary actuator is capable of moving the shaft alternately between the closed orientation and the open orientation, and is arranged outside the tubular body and rigidly connected to the proximal end of the shaft. The proximal and/or distal housing is separate from the tubular body.

A valve assembly including a valve housing and a handle that is movable about an actuation axis to actuate a valve actuator within the valve housing between an open position and a closed position. The handle has a first opening and the valve housing has a second opening. When the valve actuator is in the closed position the first opening aligns with the second opening to enable receipt of a lockout member that prevents movement of the valve actuator from the closed position to the open position.
