VALVE CONTROL ASSEMBLY

A valve control is configured for use with control valves and other flow controls. The valve control leverages a simplified structure to avoid problems with manufacture and reduce costs. This structure includes a support unit that compresses parts of a valve housing together. Inside of the valve housing, the structure incorporates diaphragms that cause a pair of balanced valves to move in response to changes in pressure of fluid in a conduit. For industrial application, the valve control finds use to maintain pressure of natural gas in pipelines downstream from a control valve.

The cover is constructed from a closed-cell polymeric foam and can be cut to fit when installed. The cover can be anchored to stakes in the ground to prevent dislodgment by wind or animals. The installed cover's open end can take advantage of heat in the ground to maximize the cover's internal temperature when the cover is exposed to low air temperatures.

A method of using the valve system is also disclosed.

A valve stem cover includes a cylindrical cap open at a bottom end thereof and threaded with threads on an inside surface thereof. The cylindrical cap is adapted for threaded engagement with a threaded tire valve stem that projects through a wheel rim. A skirt projects downwardly from the bottom end of the cylindrical cap and is adapted to cover substantially a lower portion of a threaded tire valve stem that projects through the wheel rim. A decorative top portion projects upwardly from a top end of the cylindrical cap and can be removable for interchangeability.

A valve stem cover includes a cylindrical cap open at a bottom end thereof and threaded with threads on an inside surface thereof. The cylindrical cap is adapted for threaded engagement with a threaded tire valve stem that projects through a wheel rim. UNIQUE BRACKET COUPLING FOR ROTARY VALVE

One implementation of the present disclosure is an actuator mounting assembly. The actuator mounting assembly includes a bracket and a coupling member. The bracket defining a central opening extending therethrough. The bracket includes an actuator end and a valve end. The actuator end includes an actuator interface member. The valve end includes a plurality of legs extending away from the actuator end. The coupling member is at least partially disposed within the central opening. The coupling member includes a valve stem end configured to engage a valve stem and a driver end configured to engage an actuator drive member.

UNIQUE BRACKET COUPLING FOR ROTARY VALVE

One implementation of the present disclosure is an actuator mounting assembly. The actuator mounting assembly includes a bracket and a coupling member. The bracket defining a central opening extending therethrough. The bracket includes an actuator end and a valve end. The actuator end includes an actuator interface member. The valve end includes a plurality of legs extending away from the actuator end. The coupling member is at least partially disposed within the central opening. The coupling member includes a valve stem end configured to engage a valve stem and a driver end configured to engage an actuator drive member.

Valve adaptation for top entry valve in cryogenic service

An in situ retrofit assembly for a top entry valve includes an annular conduit (100) configured to conform with a seat support (106) at the distal end (207) and a valve body extension (208) with an interior annular region (301). The valve body extension (208) comprises an inlet port (209) fluidically connected to the annular area (301). A gland packing push plate (211) is configured to allow the annular conduit (100) to pass through thereby forming an outlet port (212). This allows the removal of a portion of the fluid from the cold box for downstream processing or manipulation as desired.
