Actuator apparatus with internal tubing and anti-rotation mechanism
Fluid valve actuator apparatus having internal tubing and anti-rotation features are disclosed. An example actuator apparatus includes a diaphragm plate defining a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber opposite the first pressure chamber, a first internal fluid passageway in fluid communication with atmosphere, and a second internal fluid passageway to receive a control fluid from a controller. The example apparatus also includes a tube fluidly coupling the first or second internal fluid passageway to the first pressure chamber via an opening in the diaphragm plate, where a first center axis of the tube is offset from a second center axis of the diaphragm plate, and where the tube passing through the diaphragm plate is to prevent the diaphragm plate from rotating. The example actuator apparatus also includes an adjustable spring seat in contact with a spring at a first end of the spring, where the spring is in contact with the diaphragm plate at a second end of the spring opposite the first end.

ROD GUIDE ASSEMBLY AND VALVE
A rod guide assembly for a valve, which includes a rod guide cover and a rod guide body that engage with each other, wherein the rod guide cover together with the rod guide body define a guide channel in which a rod slides. The friction coefficient between the rod guide body and the rod is smaller than the friction coefficient between the rod guide cover and the rod.

SELF ALIGNING AND SELF LATCHING MECHANICAL SHAFT CONNECTOR
According to one aspect, embodiments of the invention provide a self-aligning connector system for connecting an actuator to a valve body of a valve, comprising an actuator adapter plug having a conical protrusion and a peripheral groove formed in an outer surface of the actuator adapter plug, and a valve adapter sub-assembly comprising an outer housing having a bore configured to receive the actuator adapter plug, and an expansion spring coupled to the outer housing and configured to provide radial pressure on the outer housing to receive the conical protrusion of the actuator adapter plug and latch onto the peripheral groove.
INSERT ARRANGEMENT, CONTROL VALVE AND PROCESS PLANT
An insert arrangement may be used with a control valve for adjusting a process fluid flow of a process plant (e.g., a chemical plant, a power plant, a food processing plant) having a valve housing, a housing cover and an actuator. The insert arrangement may include an annular mounting flange which can be inserted between the valve housing and the housing cover. An insert sleeve may be reversibly attachable or attached radially on the inner side of the mounting flange for guiding the actuator.

Valve housing with a spindle guide and method for production thereof
A valve and a method for making the valve, the valve including a valve housing with a central part and with two connection ends, wherein internally of the central part there is arranged a valve body in a valve seat and connected to a valve spindle that is arranged in a spindle guide stub on the valve housing. The method includes a tubular workpiece being provided with a cutout, a plate-shaped workpiece being provided that is plastically deformed to form a collar on it whereby a spindle guide stub is formed with a collar along its lower edge and a cutout in its upper surface. The spindle guide stub is laser welded on the tubular workpiece providing an internal welding seam running along the edge of the inner opening in the collar of the spindle guide stub, along the cutout and at the outer side of the tubular workpiece.
