A valve cartridge may include an outer cylindrical body and an inner cylindrical body disposed in a channel formed by the outer cylindrical body. The outer cylindrical body may include a wall that defines the channel. The outer cylindrical body may include a ramped slot. The ramped slot may extend angularly from a first angular position on the wall to a second angular position. The ramped slot may extend longitudinally from a first longitudinal position on the wall to a second longitudinal position. The inner cylindrical body may include a handle interface approximate to a first end of the inner cylindrical body. The inner cylindrical body may include a pin extending radially from the inner cylindrical body and into the ramped slot. The inner cylindrical body may include a valve seat at a second end of the inner cylindrical body.

MIXER FAUCET

A mixer faucet having a left-right clicking mechanism and configured to increase a degree of freedom of the faucet is provided. The mixer faucet includes a lever handle and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes: a tilting lever that is configured to move in conjunction with a movement of the lever handle, turn forward and rearward, and also turn leftward and rightward; a lower case; an upper case; a lower sealing member; an inner sealing member; and a click rotary member. The click rotary member is exposed to the outside of the valve assembly. The click rotary member is rotated leftward and rightward by a rotation force applied from the tilting lever. The click rotary member includes a first click engaging portion. The upper case includes a second click engaging portion. An engagement between the first click engaging portion and the second click engaging portion generates a left-right click.

CHECK VALVE WITH SECONDARY BACKFLOW SEAL

Check valve are disclosed having a primary seal and a secondary seal, where the primary and secondary seals resist movement of a fluid through the check valve, and the secondary seal can provide a backup seal in an instance where the check valve does not function as intended. The primary and secondary seals can be formed by first and second sealing ridges, respectively, and a valve body can be positioned within the check valve, between a valve support, the first sealing ridge, and a second sealing ridge. The valve body is configured to move relative to the first and second sealing ridges, and can have a position wherein a portion of the valve body is engaged against any of the first and second sealing ridges.

WATER CONSERVATION FAUCETS

A water conservation faucet seamlessly integrating a tactile feedback mechanism into existing faucets to spur user controlled pre-set water flow rate, energy conservation, and cost savings. During movement of the handle, the user receives tactile feedback through the handle indicating the position of the handle as it moves from one pre-set position to the next. In addition to tactile feedback, the handle provides visual feedback to the user as the handle remains in the fixed position until the user chooses to move handle to another position.

LOCKOUT TAGOUT DEVICE AND VALVE
20230323979 · 2023-10-12 · ·

A valve assembly including a valve housing and a handle that is movable about an actuation axis to actuate a valve actuator within the valve housing between an open position and a closed position. The handle has a first opening and the valve housing has a second opening. When the valve actuator is in the closed position the first opening aligns with the second opening to enable receipt of a lockout member that prevents movement of the valve actuator from the closed position to the open position.

System and method for exhausting stored energy from a pneumatic subsystem of a railcar

A system for exhausting hazardous stored energy from a pneumatic subsystem of a railcar, comprises: an air supply for delivering air to the pneumatic subsystem of the railcar; and an isolation valve interposed between the air supply and the pneumatic subsystem of the railcar. When the isolation valve is in a normal operating position, a supply port and a delivery port of the isolation valve are in fluid communication with one another, but when the sliding shoe is in the second position, the sliding shoe effectively closes access to the supply port, and the delivery port is in fluid communication with an exhaust port of the isolation valve. The isolation valve further includes a means for locking the sliding shoe in the second position.

A ball valve assembly includes an outer sleeve having first and second pillars and defining an outer sleeve hollow, a first notch, a second notch, and a third notch, wherein the first pillar of the outer sleeve at least partially defines and is positioned between the first and second notches, and the second pillar of the outer sleeve at least partially defines and is positioned between the second and third notches.

Flow Reversing Device

A flow switch device includes a flow switch with four ports oriented at 90 degree intervals around a center of the flow switch. The flow switch is of a type that forms selectable flow passages between ports separated by 90 degrees and blocks flow between ports separated by 180 degrees in each of multiple selected positions. Two of the ports are connected to fixed flow passages and each of the fixed flow passages defines a flow path toward a remote port separated from each of the fixed flow passages by 180 degrees so that each of the fixed flow passages and a respective remote port are positioned in pairs on opposite sides of the flow switch.
