VALVE LOCKOUT SYSTEM
A restricted access lockout system restricts access to remotely operated hydraulically actuated valves by utilizing a processor to compare each user's access code against a stored list. The user access code may be provided by card key with an embedded RFID chip, a designated application on a personal device such as a smart phone or smart pad that may communicate with the processor via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Internet, or radio. Once the processor grants access to operate various designated hydraulically actuated valves the designated hydraulically actuated valves are unlocked for designated period of time. After the designated period of time expires the hydraulically actuated valves are relocked. Generally, the lock is via a hydraulic cylinder where the hydraulic fluid may be isolated through one or more solenoid control valves. Hydraulic fluid within the hydraulic cylinder and the cylinder provide a sufficient counter to apply force so that the hydraulically actuated valves may not be manipulated. In certain instances, the hydraulic locks may be replaced by mechanical lock. In other instances, the hydraulic cylinders may be supplied with pressurized hydraulic fluid supply by hydraulic pump wherein the pump is actuated by the processor upon command by a user. The pressurized hydraulic fluid and the hydraulic cylinders may in turn allow the user to remotely actuate the hydraulically actuated valves.

No-bolt security latching system
A system for securing a valve actuator to body of a valve assembly includes an actuator housing having housing lugs protruding radially to define a plurality of housing slots therebetween. A bonnet has bonnet lugs protruding radially to define a plurality of bonnet slots therebetween. Each of the housing lugs are sized to pass axially through a respective one of the bonnet slots when the actuator housing is in a released position and, after passing through the bonnet slots, the actuator housing is rotatable to a locked position where at least a portion of one or more of the housing lugs is axially aligned with a portion of a respective bonnet lug to prevent axial movement of the actuator housing, the actuator housing rotating less than one full revolution between the released and locked positions. A securing mechanism prevents relative rotation between the actuator housing and the bonnet.
NO-BOLT LATCHING SYSTEM
A system includes an actuator housing having a plurality of adapter lugs extending radially inward toward an axis, each adapter lug of the plurality of adapter lugs secured to the housing via a respective connector. The system also includes a bonnet having a plurality of bonnet lugs extending radially outward away from the axis, each bonnet lug of the plurality of bonnet lugs being separated by a respective space, the space being sized to permit axial movement of an adapter lug of the plurality of adapter lugs toward a lower flange arranged axially lower than the plurality of bonnet lugs.
AXIALLY RESTRICTED PRESSURE SHUTTLE
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a system for coupling objects in a wellbore includes a unidirectional valve having a body. The body includes two or more body lugs extending radially outward, each body lug of the two or more body lugs extending at least a portion of a circumferential distance of the body. The system also includes a tubing hanger having a bore that receives the unidirectional valve. The bore includes an axial restraint system that receives the two or more body lugs and blocks axial movement of the unidirectional valve in a first position and enables axial movement of the unidirectional valve in a section position, the unidirectional valve being non-threadingly coupled to the tubing hanger.
COMPOUND EXPRESS ACTUATOR CONNECTION
A system for securing a valve actuator to a valve assembly includes an actuator housing with a plurality of housing lugs protruding radially. A cylinder assembly is located within the actuator housing and has a horseshoe connector to engage a valve stem nub of a valve stem and transfer axial movement of the horseshoe connector to axial movement of the valve stem. A bonnet has a plurality of bonnet lugs protruding radially from the bonnet to define a plurality of bonnet slots therebetween, wherein each of the plurality of housing lugs are sized to pass axially through a respective one of the plurality of bonnet slots when the actuator housing is in a released position, the actuator housing being rotatable to a locked position such that the plurality of bonnet lugs prevent axial movement of the actuator housing in at least one direction.
Compound express actuator connection
A system for securing a valve actuator to a valve assembly includes an actuator housing with a plurality of housing lugs protruding radially. A cylinder assembly is located within the actuator housing and has a horseshoe connector to engage a valve stem nub of a valve stem and transfer axial movement of the horseshoe connector to axial movement of the valve stem.
