Valve displacement and regulating mechanism
A valve is equipped with a displacement amount regulating mechanism (for example, flow rate control device). An abutment member of the displacement amount regulating mechanism protrudes inside a pilot chamber and faces an upper end surface of a valve main body portion of a valve element. When the valve element (the valve main body portion) is separated from a valve seat to bring the valve into an open state, the abutment member is brought into abutment on the upper end surface of the valve main body portion. This abutment regulates the displacement of the valve element.
Valve position indicator
A valve position indicator for a valve includes an outer housing, actuation rod, indicator flag, and follower. The actuation rod is positioned within the outer housing, which is couplable to a tail stem protector of the valve. The actuation rod may have a helical slot formed therein. The actuation rod may be rotatably coupled to the outer housing. The indicator flag may be coupled to the actuator rod and may extend radially therefrom. The follower may be couplable to a tail stem of the valve. The follower may extend in a direction perpendicular to the extent of the tail stem. The follower may extend through a slot in the tail stem protector and into the helical slot of the actuation rod when the valve position indicator is coupled to the tail stem protector.
VALVE MONITORING
A valve gear box has a valve monitoring function. The valve gear box is for mounting to a valve that has a fluid passageway and a gate therefor, the gear box providing a gear driven link for moving the gate between open and closed conditions of the fluid passageway, the valve gear box being in a housing that has a mounting for permitting operative connection to the valve via a mounting flange of the valve. The mounting and the mounting flange have a valve monitoring sensor operatively positioned therewith, the sensor being settable in one state when the mounting and the mounting flange are in assembled relationship to each other but being configured to change from the one state if there is a separation of the fastened connection of the mounting and the mounting flange, whereby a change in state from the one state can be used to monitor a separation of the assembled relationship of the mounting and the mounting flange and trigger an alarm condition.
INDICATOR STRUCTURE AND GAS VALVE WITH INDICATOR
A gas valve includes a body, a knob and a pin. The pin is connected to the knob and contacts the body. When the knob is rotated to drive the valve between a turn-off position and a turn-off position. The knob and the valve are threadedly co-rotated to change the distance of the knob relative to the body. When the knob and the valve are rotated to the turn-off position, the pin protrudes beyond the through hole. When the knob and the valve are rotated to the turn-on position, the pin does not protrude beyond the through hole. The users are acknowledged the gas valve is turned off or turned on by the position of the pin.
PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE
The present invention discloses a pressure regulating valve, which comprises an actuator and a valve body, wherein communicating passages are arranged between a chamber of the valve body and a chamber of the actuator, a pressure tapping pipe is further arranged in the chamber of the valve body, one end of the pressure tapping pipe is connected with the communicating passage and the other end of the pressure tapping pipe is suspended. By adopting the embodiment of the pressure tapping structure in the pressure regulating valve provided by the present invention, the performance of the pressure regulating valve in a flow accuracy range is improved.
Method and apparatus for mounting a control valve positioner
A control valve positioner mounting system is configured to include a control valve, a control valve positioner, an attachment lever translating movement of the control valve to the control valve positioner, and a control valve attachment system for attaching the control valve to the attachment lever using a spring loaded attachment affixed to the control valve and applying spring force to the attachment lever.
Cross-wall indicator post
A cross-wall indicator post is provided to control through a wall, open and closed configurations of a piping system control valve having a manual actuator with a valve-hand wheel. The indicator post includes a post body having a mounting flange to mount the post body to a wall separating the post body from the control valve. An operating stem extends through the post body and is adjustably, slidably, non-rotatably, telescopingly engaged with an extension rod. A post-hand wheel is engaged with the operating stem for rotation thereof. An engagement member is fixedly attached to the extension rod, configured to be selectively, mechanically engageable with, and releasable from, the valve-hand wheel to actuate the control valve between the open and closed configurations thereof. Rotation of the post-hand wheel rotates the operating stem, the extension rod, and the engagement member, to, in turn, rotate the valve-hand wheel.
Fast blind plate switching device
A fast blind plate switching device, comprising a sealing structure, a clamping structure, a support structure and an execution mechanism. The blind plate has an open-state structure and a blind-state structure. The support structure is used for connecting pipelines at two sides and providing support for the whole device. The clamping structure and the sealing structure are located inside the support structure. The clamping structure is driven by the execution mechanism, and under the drive of the execution mechanism, the clamping structure presses on the blind plate (1) to eliminate a gap between two sides of the blind plate, so that a seal is formed by means of the sealing structure. When a gap is formed away from the blind plate (1), the open/blind state of the blind plate (1) is switched.
APPARATUS FOR ACTUATING A VALVE
An apparatus for actuating a valve. The apparatus comprises: an actuator device comprising a piston contained in a cylinder; the actuator device being actuated by a pressurised fluid, in particular compressed air; an opening/closing mechanism of a valve actuated by the actuator device; and a valve device to control and check the flow of pressurised fluid from and toward the actuator device in order to open/close the valve. The valve device is fixed to a front face of the actuator device on the side of the opening/closing mechanism of the valve.
SPRING RETURN VALVE HANDLE
A valve assembly includes a valve body defining an interior cavity extending to a bonnet portion, a valve stem including a valve element retained in the interior cavity of the valve body and an end portion extending beyond the bonnet portion, the valve stem being rotatable between a first limit position and a second limit position, and a spring return handle arrangement. The spring return handle arrangement includes a user graspable valve handle, a stem adapter, and a return spring. The stem adapter includes a first end portion secured to the valve stem and a second end portion secured to the valve handle. The return spring includes a first end portion secured to the valve body, an intermediate spring loaded portion, and a second end portion secured to the stem adapter to apply a torsional load to the stem adapter for returning the valve stem to the first rotational limit position.
