BUFFER VALVE

A buffer valve is installed on a pneumatic diaphragm valve. An inner flow channel of the buffer valve includes an inner micro gas hole, an inner chamber, an outer gas hole, and a floating ball. The buffer valve has functions with a high-filling action, a shielding action, a releasing action, a shielding time Δt, and an adjusting mechanism. When inflatable, the floating ball will not block the inner micro hole to be quickly filled with high-pressure gas. when gas discharge, the floating ball will move to the outer gas hole with the gas flow and produce the shielding action to reduce the discharge rate to reduce the vibration and slow down the approach speed of the diaphragm to reduce the impact against the valve seat. When the pressure of the gas decreases, the floating ball is separated from the outer gas hole by the releasing action to accelerate the discharge.

Valve system configured to prevent corrosion at process liquid/vapor interface

A valve system for controlling a corrosive process liquid flow, while avoiding corrosion due to a liquid/vapor interface of the process liquid, causes the process liquid to flow from the valve through a purge port into a vertical segment of a purge line. During valve initialization, a non-reactive gas backpressure within the purge line is controlled to establish the liquid/vapor interface at a desired height within the vertical segment, as determined by an interface level sensor, which can be ultrasonic. The vertical segment is constructed from, or lined with, a material that can withstand contact with the liquid/vapor interface. During valve operation, the non-reactive gas pressure can continue to be regulated, or a purge valve can be shut, trapping a fixed quantity of the non-reactive gas within the purge line. The valve can include a heater configured to prevent a molten process liquid from solidifying within the valve.

Expandable pilot assembly for pressure regulators

A pilot assembly is configured for use with various types of flow controls. These configurations include a manifold with an internal flow network that connects pilot valves and an adjustable orifice. The pilot valves may have a fixed and variable differential pressure. In one implementation, the manifold comprises a pair of separable blocks, one each that includes part of the internal flow network. This construction also permits the manifold to expand with, for example, and additional block for an additional pilot valve. This feature configures the manifold for use in working monitor systems or those systems that deploy multi-stage pressure regulation.

Erosion-resistant valve trim

A valve trim for use in a fluid flow control device. The valve trim includes a cage body defined by an outer cage wall and an inner cage wall coupled to the outer cage wall, the outer cage wall spaced radially outward of the inner cage wall. The valve trim also includes a plurality of first flow characterizing passages formed in the outer cage wall, and a plurality of second flow characterizing passages formed in the inner cage wall. The cage body is at least partially made of an erosion-resistant material.

A choke valve comprising: a body having an axial through hole and a radial entry port; a valve seat coaxially housed in the body axial through hole on a first side of the radial entry port; a pressure balanced valving member axially reciprocable within the body axial through hole between a first sealing position bearing against the valve seat and a second position spaced away from the seat; an actuator housing operably connected to the valving member; and a detachably connected reinforcement member detachably connected to the actuator housing and increasing the axial load that the actuator housing can take before failure of the actuator housing.

Valve for fluids, preferably for gases

A valve (1) for fluids, preferably for gases, comprising an inlet passage (2); an outlet passage (3); a shutter (4) interposed between the inlet passage (2) and the outlet passage (3) and movable between an open position and a closed position; actuating means (5) operatively active on the shutter (4); and a first stabilisation membrane (6) interposed between the shutter (4) and a fixed portion (7) of the valve (1). The first stabilisation membrane (6) exposes an active wall (8) to the fluid, which has an outer surface (9) shaped in such a way that the pressure of the fluid acting on the active wall (8) is lower than the pressure of the fluid acting on the rear surface (10) of the shutter (4), preventing the fluid from opening the shutter (4), when the shutter (4) is in the closed position and when the valve (1) is in a back pressure condition.

COMBINATION VALVE

A combination valve including an electromagnetic shut-off valve and an integrated pipe-break protection includes an inflow and an outflow, between which a first flow path is defined, a sealing surface arranged in the first flow path, a movable sealing body including a main seat and a pilot seat, between which a pilot bore is defined as a second flow path, a closing spring, an armature with a sealing surface and a magnetic coil. The sealing body closes the first flow path in the closed position by abutting the main seat against the sealing surface and closes the second flow path by abutting the sealing surface against the pilot seat. The closing spring presses the sealing surface of the armature against the pilot seat of the sealing body and the main seat of the sealing body against the sealing surface. An opening spring presses the sealing body into the open position.

DIAPHRAGM VALVE

To provide a control valve with excellent durability performance without being restricted in terms of applications, such as usages under high pressures or high temperatures, as well as reduced generation of particles. A valve body forming an inflow passage and an outflow passage of a fluid; a valve seat formed at a peripheral edge of the inflow passage in the valve body; a diaphragm configured to connect and shut off the inflow passage and the outflow passage by coming into and out of contact with the valve seat; a diaphragm holder configured to press a central portion of the diaphragm; and an actuator configured to move the diaphragm holder are provided, includes a regulation mechanism configured to adjust a closing pressure generated between the valve seat and the diaphragm to a predetermined pressure.
