Valve assembly for dispensers

A valve assembly for a dispenser. The valve assembly includes a valve body that extends about a longitudinal axis and defines an outer surface and an inner passageway. A valve stem extends through the inner passageway and includes an outer stem surface, an inner stem surface opposite the outer stem surface, and a first orifice extending from the outer stem surface to the inner stem surface. The valve assembly includes a retaining member joined to the valve stem, wherein the retaining member extends outward from the outer stem surface. The valve assembly includes a resilient member and one or more force concentrators configured to operatively engage the resilient member.

A leakage blocking device of a valve is disclosed. When a fluid flowing in a flow path 11 leaks through a gap between the outer circumferential surface of a valve stem bottom (21) and a bottom guide hole (31), a plug 53 of a piston 50 is pushed into a sealing oil chamber 45 by a pressure P1 of the leaked fluid acting on a bottom pressure acting surface S1 of the piston and pressurizes a sealing oil L in the sealing oil chamber 45 to a pressure P2 higher than the pressure P1 of the leaked fluid, thereby blocking leakage of fluid of the valve.

A sealing device (1) for a stem (12) of a valve (10) comprising a metal gasket (4) for the valve (10) stem (12), shaped as a half “U” provided with a single sealing lip (44), which has a radially inner surface (442) and a radially outer surface (444), inclined along the radially inner direction, a wedge metal ring (6) positioned inside the half “U” of the metal gasket (4), an elastic element (7) configured to cooperate with said wedge metal ring (6), the elastic element providing the wedge metal ring with an elastic load and a static sealing ring (8). The elastic element (7) is configured for applying a force to the wedge metal ring (6) such that said wedge metal ring (6) applies a contact pressure to the sole sealing lip (44) of the metal gasket (4) shaped as a half “U”.

A valve in which a backseat structure is formed at a height to easily prevent penetration of fluid with high accuracy from outside a bonnet to inhibit an increase in internal pressure. In a state in which a packing for sealing (5) is attached inside a bonnet (10) in a longneck structure, a stem (3) is axially inserted and a flow path (13) inside a valve box (2) is provided to be opened and closed by a valve body (4). The bonnet is divided into an upper bonnet (11) and a lower bonnet (12) at a position higher than a position at which a fluid flowing inside the valve box ascends in a liquid state. A backseat mechanism (42) has a fixed-side seal surface (21) formed on a lower end side of the upper bonnet and a movable-side seal surface (41) on an outer peripheral surface of the stem.

Electrically actuated flow control valve and method for operation of the flow control valve

An electrically actuated valve is provided. The electrically actuated valve includes a valve housing comprising a valve chamber and a first and second port in fluidic communication with the valve chamber. The electrically actuated valve further comprises a valve sealing component including a cap sealing section adjacent to an opening in the valve housing and a valve seat arranged within the valve chamber between the first port and the second port and a plunger configured to couple to a solenoid piston and including a proximal seal configured to selectively sealingly interface with the valve seat.

ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE

An electromagnetic valve includes: a solenoid having a plunger movably supported along an axis O1 direction; a flow path member having a fluid passage flow path and a valve element housing portion; and a valve element in a columnar shape that is disposed in the valve element housing portion, is movable along the axis O1 direction together with the plunger, and can switch between an open state and a closed state. The flow path member has an abutment portion that abuts on the valve element in the valve element housing portion, and a biasing member that biases the valve element. The valve element has an enlarged-diameter portion on the radially outer side. The enlarged-diameter portion has an opposing surface portion opposing the abutment portion at least in the axis O1 direction. The opposing surface portion is in contact with the abutment portion in the open state.
