VALVE PLATE

A valve plate has a plate portion with an elastomeric seal on a front face and an elongated connecting portion spaced apart from a rear face by a slot for fastening the valve plate to a valve rod. The extension of the connecting portion in the width direction is defined by opposing first and second side edges of the connecting portion when viewed in a plan view of the rear face of the plate portion. A connecting structure is configured in the connecting portion in a central region of the longitudinal extension of the first side edge of the connecting portion for connecting the connecting portion to an end portion of the valve rod. The connecting portion is reinforced in a region of its extension in the width direction adjoining the second side edge, relative to a region of its extension in the width direction adjoining the first side edge.

Cryogenic globe valve

A cryogenic globe valve that prevents a high sealing property and safety from being lost even through a large number of times of opening and closing for a cryogenic fluid and is easily maintained, although it has a simple structure. The cryogenic globe valve has an axial cylindrical portion as a long-neck structure extended to its body, in which a resin-made valve disk having a conical surface having a reduced-diameter tapered shape is attached to a lower end of an elongated stem such that the resin-made valve disk is three-dimensionally operable with respect to the stem even under an extremely low-temperature condition.

Bellows diaphragm assembly
11655912 · 2023-05-23 · ·

A diaphragm assembly for a mass flow controller is disclosed. The diaphragm assembly includes an aperture, side walls extending from the aperture and disposed about a central axis, the side walls including multiple convolutions, and a poppet including an interior surface facing the aperture and exterior sealing surface. At least a portion of the diaphragm assembly moveable extends and retracts within a control valve cavity of the mass flow controller. A push rod extending from the interior surface of the poppet moves, responsive to an actuator of the mass flow controller, to enable the exterior sealing surface of the poppet to open and close a flow path through the control valve cavity.

Gas lift valve with two simultaneous mechanical stops
11643910 · 2023-05-09 ·

A GLV-gas lift valve that employs TSMS-two simultaneous mechanical stops, first one when SEWB-single edge welded bellow 8 is fully compressed to solid by valve dome pressure 5 and second mechanical stop where adjustable sealing arrangement with compressible seal 25, threaded regulating nut 17 and threaded jam nut 18 are compressed against orifice 15, compressible seal 25 is fully compressed into groove 30, gap 26 is fully exhausted, dimension L reaches zero, and gap 31 is completely exhausted, providing second mechanical stop between TC ball 14 and orifice 15. Sealing arrangement can be TC-Tungsten carbide ball 14 butted against orifice 15, flat, conical or curved sealing surface containing said compressible seal, that is solidly compressed against SEWB or DEWB, thus providing second mechanical stop and sealing fluid flow through GLV. Compressing SEWB/DEWB to full solid protects bellow from high dome pressure 5 while “Fortress Seal™” per U.S. Pat. No. 11,424,732 B2 protects bellow from high injection pressure.

VALVE ASSEMBLY HAVING A MANUAL OVERRIDE UNIT
20170370497 · 2017-12-28 ·

A valve assembly includes a housing, an actuator, a plunger, a cover, a valve body, and a manual override unit. The actuator is received within the housing and is disposed between a first annular wall and a second annular wall. The plunger is movably disposed within a plunger cavity that is defined by the base and the second annular wall. The cover is disposed on the housing. The valve body is connected to the housing. The valve body has an end wall that defines an outlet port, an annular wall that axially extends from the end wall and defines an inlet port, and a flange that extends from the end wall and engages the cover. The manual override unit is operatively connected to the plunger.

A vacuum valve includes a valve housing (1) having a first housing part (1a) and a second housing part (1b), between which a ring-shaped housing seal (3b) is arranged, and a closure member (9) which is adjustable between an open position in which the vacuum valve is open and a closed position in which the vacuum valve is closed. The housing seal (3b) is mounted on a ring-shaped carrier (3a). Additionally on the carrier (3a) radially inside the housing seal (3b) is mounted a ring-shaped seat seal (3c) against which the closure member (9) is pressed with the closure member (9) in the closed position, wherein the seat seal (3c) abuts against a sealing face of the valve housing (1).

A BELLOWS VALVE AND AN INJECTION VALVE
20170356277 · 2017-12-14 · ·

A bellows valve includes a first bellows connected to a first cap member at one end and to a support member at the other end, and a second bellows connected to a second cap member at one end and to said support member at the other end. Respective first and second bellows cavities are thus formed inside each bellows. An orifice is arranged to fluidly interconnect the first and second bellows cavities, and a bellows-internal valve device is arranged to selectively open and close the orifice. The bellows-internal valve device includes first and second resilient members arranged on respective first and second sides of the support member and having respective portions being coupled to respective first and second holding members on the valve device. The bellows valve is useful in injection valves, such as gas lift valves.
