VALVE REPLACEMENT DEVICE
A valve replacement device is disclosed. An example valve replacement device includes a body configured to thread onto a valve, and an insertion tube movable through the body. A seal is provided between the insertion tube and the body. The seal enables the insertion tube to be moved through the body while at least partially retaining a fluid within a portion of the body. A balloon is provided on the insertion tube. The balloon is configured to be inflated and deflated through the insertion tube. The balloon is inflated to retain a fluid within the tank while the existing valve is removed from the tank and replaced. The balloon is deflated and removed after replacement of the existing valve.
Valve Removal Method of Fluid Pipeline Structure, Fluid Pipeline Structure, and Valve Device
A valve removal method of a fluid pipeline structure, which removes an unnecessary portion of a valve device from a connection port portion side of a pipe without flow disruption in the fluid pipeline structure that detachably includes the valve device including a valve body, which is openable and closeable from a direction intersecting a flow path axis of a connection port portion, on the connection port portion side of the pipe connected to a fluid piping system includes a valve body fixing step of fixing the valve body at a closed valve position to the connection port portion side in a sealed manner; and a valve component removing step of removing other unnecessary valve components of the valve device in a state where the valve body which is fixed in a sealed manner is left on the connection port portion side.

Flow Control Valve
An example assembly includes: a valve body having a cavity therein, wherein the valve body comprises internal threads formed in a first-handed direction and an external feature; a knob having an internal feature configured to engage with the external feature of the valve body to allow the internal feature of the knob to move past the external feature of the valve body in a linear direction when assembling the knob on the valve body; and a needle disposed in the cavity of the valve body and having external threads formed in the first-handed direction and engaging with the internal threads of the valve body, the needle being coupled to the knob such that rotation of the knob and the needle results in linear movement of the needle within the valve body due to engagement of the external threads of the needle with the internal threads of the valve body.
FLOW RATE CONTROL APPARATUS AND FLOW RATE CONTROL METHOD FOR THE FLOW RATE CONTROL APPARATUS
Provided is a flow rate control apparatus capable of being used continuously when the apparatus is used in equipment that operates continuously, and a flow rate control method for the flow rate control apparatus. A flow rate of a fluid is controlled via any one of control valves disposed in branch passages, respectively. When replacement of the one control valve is determined to be necessary on the basis of a signal outputted from a monitoring portion of the one control valve, the one control valve performing flow rate control is closed, and another control valve disposed in another one of the branch passages, is opened, to perform flow rate control with a flow rate equivalent to that before the replacement. Furthermore, on-off valves disposed at upstream and downstream sides of the closed control valve are closed.
Method and apparatus for isolating water valves
A method for isolating a water valve for repair or replacement includes closing the valve and thereafter replacing an outlet pipe with an adapter pipe. An expandable plug is used to seal the adapter pipe, after which the valve is opened and an air tube having a bladder on an end thereof is inserted through the valve and expanded to seal the inlet pipe. Thereafter, the stem assembly of the valve or the entire valve itself may be removed for simple replacement of the sealing washer or total replacement of the valve. The apparatus for practicing the method, and including the expandable plug, inflatable bladder, and necessary tubing, plug actuator, and air valve are presented.

Valve body and method of transforming a valve body into a functioning valve
A valve body with conduits on opposing sides having attachable pressure cover-plates and valve servicing assemblies that can be selectively installed onto the valve body while it is fully pressurized. The valve body includes simple isolators that allow access openings to be blocked and exposed that allow various style operating mechanisms and tools without the need for intermediate isolating mechanisms. Attachable subcomponents can provide pressurized fluid that is injected into the valve body from an external power source to move sand and debris away from seating surfaces while advancing and retracting various style gates.
Serviceable ball check valve
A ball check valve assembly includes a combination ball valve and spring check valve within a valve assembly. The use of union ends on the valve assembly permits the easy removal and replacement of the components of the valve assembly from a plumbing system. An integral bleeder valve allows for the pressure release and drainage of the ball check valve assembly before the union ends are decoupled.
Severe service valve
Severe service industrial valves having at least one valve ball and seat that can be repaired or replaced while the valve remains connected in-line with inlet and outlet pipe lines.
