Fore-grip handled fire-extinguisher
A fore-grip specially suited and configured to mount upon a tank-style fire-extinguisher for use as a defensive tool, the fore-grip including a handle that mounts near the base or bottom-end of the extinguisher tank. A tank bracket is attached to the tank of the fire extinguisher with the fore-grip mounted to the bracket, which can include a clip for the extinguisher nozzle. A user is able to concurrently grasp the handle of the fore-grip to lift and to lift and aim the fire-extinguisher, while opening the manual valve to discharge the pressurized propellant from the nozzle.
Self reporting fire suppressant tank configuration
A fire suppressant module according to one example includes a suppressant tank having a body and a base, a counterweight scale disposed in the base, and a data module comprising at least one of a display configured to display a weight of the suppressant tank and processor and a transmitter configured to communicate the weight of the suppressant tank.
Fire Extinguishing Apparatus and Methods
A passive fire extinguisher for indoor and outdoor use. The fire extinguisher comprises a three-dimensional body housing an extinguishing powder, a fuse, and an explosive. The fire extinguisher is removably placed in a fire-risk location and can be paired with additional apparatuses. A fire ignites the extinguisher's fuse, induces combustion, causes the apparatus to open and release the fire extinguishing powder, smothering the fire.

FIRE-EXTINGUISHER MONITORING SYSTEM
A fire-extinguisher monitoring system includes a monitoring device that is externally locatable relative to a fire extinguisher, the monitoring device being arranged or configured to non-intrusively monitor a status of the fire extinguisher, the status including at least one of a presence of the fire extinguisher and a level of fire-suppression fluid contained by the fire extinguisher.

Clamp System
A clamp system has a holder, first and second boss pieces and a C-shaped spring clamp. The holder has a rear body with a curved rear surface, and flat outer surfaces extending from the opposite ends of the curved rear surface. Each boss piece has a flat inner surface, and an outer edge with an angled slit that defines an inward grip edge, with the flat inner surfaces of each boss piece clamping against one of the two flat outer surfaces of the rear body. The C-shaped spring clamp has opposite first and second ends, with each end of the C-shaped spring clamp having a plurality of teeth. One tooth from each set of plurality of teeth together define one set of engaging teeth which engage the corresponding angled slits from the first and second boss pieces.

SMART FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSTALLATION AND MONITORING SYSTEMS
Systems and techniques are provided for installing fire extinguishers and monitoring the fire extinguishers using sensors. An example method can include obtaining sensor data collected by sensors while a fire extinguisher is mounted to a structure, the sensor data including an image depicting a pressure gauge of the fire extinguisher; determining information about a pressure of the fire extinguisher based on the image depicting the pressure gauge; determining a weight of the fire extinguisher based on a weight measurement in the sensor data, wherein the weight measurement is generated by a weight sensor on a mount used to mount the fire extinguisher to the structure; and generating a notification including the information about the pressure of the fire extinguisher, the weight of the fire extinguisher, and/or compliance information associated with the fire extinguisher, the compliance information being based on the information about the pressure and/or weight of the fire extinguisher.
