Tube support system for conduit and tubing bundle spacer therefor
Tubing bundle supports comprise body parts clamped around split rotatable sleeves. In one embodiment, spring mounted peripheral shoes and rotatable tubing bundle support sleeves allow metal tubes and tubing bundles to be routed inside a conduit in spaced apart positions and resistant to vibration. In another embodiment, split pillow block sections are clamped around a split rotatable sleeve. In an embodiment, the split pillow block support is held to a strut channel by a strut channel nut.
Cable tray splice
A splice for connecting a first and second cable tray includes first and second connectors. The first connector has a first base, a first tine extending from the first base having a first female connecting feature, and a second tine extend from the first base having a first male connecting feature. The first and second tine are separated by a first opening. The second connector has a second base, a third tine extending from the second base having a second female connecting feature, and a fourth tine extend from the second base having a second male connecting feature. The third tine and the fourth tine are separated by a second opening. The first and second connectors are configured to be connected together with the first female connecting feature mating with the second male connecting feature and the first male connecting feature mating with the second female connecting feature.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR SWIVELLABLY SUPPORTING HYDRAULIC LINES
A support assembly for hydraulic lines is disclosed. The support assembly includes a frame designed to retain at least one ring within its opening. Each ring is configured to be secured about a single hydraulic hose, thus simultaneously securing it within the frame. Each ring can rotate with respect to the frame about their longitudinal axis, reducing the stress exerted directly on the hydraulic line. The support assembly further includes a second frame in which the frame is attached. The frame can rotate about an axis that is perpendicular to the rotation of the rings to further lessen the stress on the hydraulic lines. The support assembly is attached to a hydraulically operated machine by a base plate or bracket onto which the second frame is fixedly attached.
Pipe fixing device
A pipe fixing device comprising a plurality of pipes, for conducting liquid or gas, arranged to cross each other, and a fixing member for fixing the plurality of pipes. The fixing member comprises a plurality of pipe fixing bores, and a plurality of fitting bores for the fitting of bands used to tighten the pipes. The present invention can secure not only easy insertion of the pipes arranged to cross each other, but also enhancement in a coupling force of the pipes through the use of the tightening bands, resulting in stable and reliable fixation of the pipes.
Accessory rod assembly for a cable manager
An accessory rod assembly for positioning cables and cable management accessories in a cable manager includes a base member, an accessory rod, and a rotatable knob. The base member has a front, a rear, and two sides, the front including a forward-facing socket, the rear including a first hook protruding rearwardly therefrom, and one of the two sides including a threaded portion. The accessory rod has an extruded construction and a generally uniform, at least partially cylindrical cross-sectional shape along its length. The at least partially cylindrical cross-sectional shape is defined by two opposed arcuate portions interconnected by a midsection portion. Adjacent edges of the two opposed arcuate portions define a drop-in T-slot channel that extends along the length of the accessory rod. The rotatable knob has a handle and a threaded end received within the threaded portion of the base member.
Modular support system for plumbing connections
The presently disclosed technology generally provides a modular support system for plumbing connections. In one example, the system includes a frame, a connector that fits entirely in front of a support stud, and an optional housing. The frame includes symmetrical sides, each including a rail assembly. The connector includes first opposed sidewalls, each having a pair of boxways that receive the rails on any side of a frame unit to form a sliding joint between the frame and connector. Second opposed sidewalls include flexible tabs that engage frame corner flanges to prevent rearward disengagement of the connector from the frame. The housing includes structure for connection with the frame. The housing can be rotated for connection with the frame to receive vertical or horizontal plumbing lines. Connectors can connect the frame units in vertical or horizontal relation, or on either side of a building stud, or to brackets.
Storage clasp and modular track assembly and method of using same
The present invention pertains to a hinged device for use in securely storing or organizing a variety of different devices in a variety of different locations, such as, for example, a plurality of fishing rods. The present invention pertains to a storage clasp apparatus and modular track assembly, having a plurality of storage clasps comprising a hinged member and an internal bore for easily receiving and removing said fishing rods. More particularly, the present invention pertains to a storage clasp apparatus and modular track assembly, having at least one slide track member for use in easily and efficiently mounting a plurality of said storage clasps, and thus, maintaining and storing said fishing rods in an organized manner.
Pole collar for mounting cables to a supporting element
A pole collar for mounting cables to a tubular supporting element includes at least one bracket having at least one pass-through hole defined therein, in combination with an insert or adapter having a threaded pass-through hole.
Puzzle-lock pipe mount assembly
A carrier assembly for a plurality of pipes includes a block and a keeper plate. The block has pipe holes defined therein, which are configured to receive the pipes. A slot is angular to the pipe holes. The keeper plate has a planar member and open channels formed therethrough, which are configured to partially surround the pipes. A lock member on the keeper plate interfaces the slot in the block. The keeper plate is moveable between an unlocked position, where the lock member is outside of the slot of the block and the open channels are not aligned with the pipe holes of the block; and a locked position, rotated relative to the unlocked position, where the lock member of the keeper plate is within the slot of the block, and the open channels of the keeper plate are aligned with the pipe holes of the block.
Modular piping manifold system for heat exchangers
An air-cooled heat exchanger is connectable between an upstream fluid source and a downstream fluid destination by a plurality of external pipes having connection ends arranged in one or more external pipe connection configurations. The air-cooled heat exchanger has a cooling tubes assembly that includes a plurality of headers, a plurality of intermediate pipes connected to the plurality of headers, and a modular manifold system that connects the plurality of intermediate pipes to the plurality of external pipes. The modular manifold system includes a plurality of pipe elbows each connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of intermediate pipes, and one or more trays. Each of the plurality of pipe elbows is retained within the one or more trays in a configuration that matches the one or more external pipe connection configurations.
