DUCTS WITH INFORMATION MODULES AND METHODS OF USE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
The present inventive concept includes a duct system and method for using same to map and locate ducts. A preferred embodiment of the duct system includes a duct, a plurality of electronic information modules and an oversheath at least partially covering the plurality of information modules and fixing the information modules to the duct. The plurality of information modules are configured to emit a positional signal to enable location of the information modules and associated duct(s) and/or mapping of the duct system.
Joint that Prevents a Water Pipe from Twisting
A joint for preventing a water pipe from twisting comprises a hanger screw sleeve, a disk-shaped oil seal, a gasket and a connecting pipe. The disk-shaped oil seal is sleeved on one end of the connecting pipe, and the water pipe is sleeved on the other end thereof. The gasket is disposed between the disk-shaped oil seal and the connecting pipe. The disk-shaped oil seal, the gasket and the connecting pipe are all arranged in the hanger screw sleeve. As the hanger screw sleeve screws into a water pipe base and presses onto the disk-shaped oil seal, the disk-shaped oil seal and the gasket also rotate together with the hanger screw sleeve. This prevents the water pipe connecting to the joint from twisting.
METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A VESSEL OVERBOARD DISCHARGE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a method (200) of assembling a vessel overboard discharge assembly (600), the method (200) comprising: inserting (210) a tubular insert (500) into an overboard discharge pipe (300) so that a space (400) is defined between the tubular insert (500) and the overboard discharge pipe (300): blocking (221) an outboard opening (401) into the space (400) at an outboard end (301) of the space (400): and providing (280) in the space (400) an adhesive (450) and/or chocking material (450) for adhering and/or chocking the tubular insert (500) in the overboard discharge pipe (300).

Anti-slide device for the self-centering of an inner tube inside an outer tube of an element of unit length of a subsea pipeline for transporting fluids
An anti-slip and self-centering device for an inner tube inside an outer tube of a unit length element for an undersea fluid transport pipe, the device having a ring (4) made of elastomer material sandwiched between two annular metal plates (6, 8) having an inside diameter that corresponds substantially to the diameter of the inner tube and an outside diameter that corresponds substantially to the diameter of the outer tube, the device further having a clamp (10, 12) for clamping the plates together to compress the ring.

SEALING RING AND ASSEMBLY OF DUCTS INCLUDING SAID RING
The invention relates to a sealing ring including, axially, a main portion (2) and a secondary portion (3), connected by a weakened intermediate portion (4) which can be broken under an axial force applied between the main portion and the secondary portion, the main portion (2) including an annular sealing sleeve (5) and a projecting outer shoulder (6) arranged at the end of the annular sealing sleeve (5), opposite the breakable portion (4), and the secondary portion (3) including a projecting inner shoulder (10). Said annular sleeve (5) of the main portion (2) of the ring can be inserted between ducts (16, 17) that are inserted into one another, said projecting outer shoulder (6) of the main portion (2) abutting against the end of the outer duct surrounding the inner duct, and said projecting inner shoulder (10) of the secondary portion (3) abutting against the end of the outer tube that is inserted into the outer duct.
