Production facility for pipe components
One box body is attached to an undercarriage of a trailer, and provided with a brazing area, a gastight testing area, and a finishing area aligned with one another in this order along a first side wall of the box body the brazing area, a plurality of members are bonded together by brazing to produce a half-finished product. In the gastight testing area, gas-tightness of the half-finished product is tested. In the finishing area, the half-finished product is covered with a thermal insulator to completely produce a pipe component. As a result, it becomes possible to properly dispose a working area, where the pipe component is produced, in the interior space of one box body without losing workability.

Bonded brazing ring system and method for adhering a brazing ring to a tube
A bonded brazing ring secured to an end of a tube having a solvent or a solvent with a binder applied to the surface of the tube, and a method of adhering a brazing ring to a tube using a solvent or a solvent with a binder is provided. The brazing ring is secured to the tube prior to a brazing operation.

Refrigerant pipe, method of manufacturing the refrigerant pipe, and heat exchanger including the refrigerant pipe
A refrigerant pipe is provided to be capable of preventing a change in a length by which the refrigerant pipe is inserted after the refrigerant pipe is inserted. The refrigerant pipe includes a heat-exchanger-side pipe having a pipe component insertion flare formed at an end portion of the heat-exchanger-side pipe and at least one protrusion formed on an inner peripheral portion of the pipe component insertion flare, and a pipe component having a smaller outer diameter than an inner diameter of the pipe component insertion flare. A height of the at least one protrusion is greater than a dimension of a clearance defined on the basis of a difference between the inner diameter of the pipe component insertion flare and the outer diameter of the pipe component. The pipe component is inserted into the pipe component insertion flare, and the pipe component has a groove formed by the at least one protrusion.

DOUBLE PIPE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A double pipe includes an outer pipe, an inner pipe, a fin member and a sealing part. The outer pipe has a plurality of outer crimping parts projecting to an inner diameter side and aligned in at least one of a lengthwise direction and a circumference direction. The inner pipe is arranged on an interior of the outer pipe with a flow path gap being defined between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The inner pipe has a plurality of inner crimping parts aligned in the at least one of the lengthwise direction and the circumference direction and overlapping the outer crimping parts. The fin member is arranged on the interior of the inner pipe and held by the inner crimping parts. The sealing part seals between the outer pipe and the inner pipe.
DIELECTRIC CONDUIT ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF MAKING THEREOF
A conduit assembly includes a dielectric tube having a first end and a second end, a first metal tube including a first flange coupled to the first end of the inner dielectric tube, the first flange including relief openings, a first dielectric ring coupled to the first flange, a second metal tube including a second flange coupled to the second end of the inner dielectric tube, the second flange including relief openings, and a second dielectric ring coupled to the second flange.

Coated flanged coupling
An improved coupling system for joining two items together, typically in the form of copper pipes, to other copper pipes, or in the form of other fittings, includes a pair of flange couplings, each of which is independently secured to one of the items to be joined together so that when the two flange couplings are securely joined to each other by suitable fasteners received through fastening apertures in the two flange couplings, the two items are sealingly joined to one another to form a substantially water tight junction. The improvement being that the bare metal parts of the ferrous components of the coupling are coated with a protective coating, such as a copper coating, so that there is no direct contact between two dissimilar metals thereby inhibiting or preventing corrosion of the metal components of the coupling due to electrolytic or galvanic action arising from direct contact between the two dissimilar metals.
